Food is always decent. It’s little Caesars, not like it’s going to be gourmet or anything. I do always end up waiting a while for it but today was just the worst. Granted it is Halloween so they were busier than usual because of the holiday but I put my order in at 8:45pm and it wasn’t ready until 10:20pm. The tracker in the app said the order wasn’t even put in the oven until 10:00pm. Only 2 workers, impatient people in there screaming at them. I don’t blame the workers. I blame whoever scheduled only 2 people on a holiday like Halloween where alot of people just order out. I would not have placed the order had I known they were so short staffed and the wait would be so long. There should be an indication of wait time on the app but there is not. And to anyone else who is frustrated with the wait time, please stop yelling at service workers who are trying their best to help you and everyone else. Contrary to popular belief, screaming at them will not make them work faster.

For being a corporate store location. This should be a lot better. Lobby hasn’t been cleaned in a couple days it seems. And whoever they have in the back sure does not know how to cut a pizza. Also cant cut it right as you can see in the photos.

The food was a hot mess! Got the crazy puffs and 2 were over doughed and raw in the middle, 2 were flat and couldn’t tell if the bottom was cheese or dough. Half the pizza looked like it was sat on and the toppings were centered not spread out. I have had good experiences most of the time, but raw dough and the lack of something in the effort to make it sucked.

I don’t understand why this place gets such bad reviews. It’s the best food you can get for the money. People don’t order ahead and just complain at the staff For the food not being ready. I always feel they’re working as hard as they can. And the place is obviously understaffed so to me it seems like a corporate thing squeezing as much money out of the business as they can to not hire more people and in today’s economy, why wouldn’t the place be packed always?

I am giving 2 stars for service because I genuinely felt sorry for the male manager with long black curly hair tonight. He could absolutely not handle it there were 50+ pizzas stacked around him and he could not get it together and get the orders out and would not speak to anyone was so avoidant quiet and nervous it was just sad. I waited 2 hours for one halfway done pizza one cold pizza and 2 old and cold crazy bread orders. Sauce was watery. It was just disappointing won’t be back. Could have got a refund but things are tight to wait to get 32 dollars back for dinner.

We took a break from ordering from here when we noticed delivery times were getting longer and quality dipping. We enjoy the food but something is going on with this location. If you have an issue it’s only a corporate number, even delivery through door dash. Driver apologized and even got us an extra pop but food was nearing cold with an almost 2 hour window. Ordered at 7:11 projected 8:05 received 9:05. 1 item missing but surprised we received it at all. If driver was stuck there this entire time that’s insane for a door dash driver. Save your money go else where.

This is the second time I have ordered online and when I arrive I still have to wait. I ordered over an hour ago and they said “another 15 mins” they dont compensate for any inconvenience. The first time I didnt make a review because it happens, but here we are again and its been way to long. Learn better customer service people.

My wife ordered pizza online we went and picked it up. We got home and it was not made correctly so I went back up to the store showed proof that it was made incorrectly. Right off the bat the guy goes no it’s made correctly and he started getting defended, but he’s a five foot seven about 200 pounds Hispanic he was rude right off the bat when I told him and showed him that the food was made incorrectly and he still would not remake my food or refund me my money. Instead, he got me and my wife no trespassed from there when she didn’t do anything I did it all she walked out didn’t say a word.

This location is awful. This is the SECOND time that I have waited over an hour just for my poor doordash driver to call and say that they drove all the way there and the order had been canceled and giving NO reason. “We aren’t filling orders right now.” Is all that they said. Lil Caesars did NOT contact me, luckily door dash did. Last time I went and picked it up my order was completely wrong. The amount of food was correct, but the ingredients were completely wrong. I left a complaint WITH lil Caesars themselves and never heard back. Zero compensation or apologies. This is the only time I have left a Google review, the food is good for the price and that is the only reason we kept coming back.

If i could give zero stars i would. I placed an online order around 6:30 and it said it would be ready at 7:15. I got there to put in my portal code and it wasn’t in the portal. Wait in the long line, tell them i had an online order and still had to wait for it to be done. Didn’t get my food until almost 7:30.
If the wait wasn’t bad, i get home with it and my daughter bits into the crazy bread and says it’s disgusting. After just looking at it alone, i could see it’s under cooked. As i pull the bread apart along with multiple other bread sticks, i can feel that it’s extremely doughy and not cooked at all. Just horrible experience!!!!!!
