I understand individual stores don’t control the online ordering app, but it shouldn’t take 2.25 hours to get a pizza delivered. The order tracking step by step is very inaccurate.
Now, while I don’t blame the store for the online app, I WILL BLAME THEM for the quality of my pies.
We ordered pizzas with EXTRA CHEESE.
Not only did we not get the extra cheese that I paid extra for, WE BARELY EVEN GOT CHEESE!
If you’re swamped, I get it. They’re probably trying to rush to get the pizzas out to satisfy customers, but take a little more pride.
Would you be happy if you got THIS delivered?

This was very terrible!!!! The pizza wasn’t cut all the way through, it’s DRY ASL and the driver was bs. I think he knew the pizza was bs also. Please DO NOT ORDER FROM THE GRAND LOCATION!.

This is absolutely the worse Dominos location I’ve ever been to and worked for. I’m only going to talk as a customer. Unfortunately this is the only location that delivers to my house. Sometimes is our only option since we always order late. This location most of time takes 1-2 hours to deliver your order. They always mess up on something. This time they didn’t take long I don’t take it on the driver not his fault. But the person preparing it which it’s usually the manager in the store, I know because I have worked there and in 3 other stores. They don’t care about their customers they just want to get the order out of the way. Look at that sandwich it looked like a quesadilla instead of a sandwich. It’s supposed to be cut in half first of all and not sideways like that, it barely had any chicken. They need better management who can actually put an effort into making people’s food. This is ridiculous!

Had been at least six months since I last ordered from Dominos… I prefer real tavern style pizza. $7 for delivery? Anyway, ordered two pizzas, topping were lacking, $1 for each extra toppings. Difficult to see slivers of green pepper, onions, banana peppers.. I understand that the pizzas are only $6.99 each, but quality has severely declined.

I recently placed my first pizza order at this location, neglecting to review the feedback. After submitting my order at 7pm after work, I waited over an hour only to discover my pizza was not prepared. When I inquired about the status, I was told to wait another 30 minutes. They are so lazy a lot of workers are work there too!!!!

Horrible service. Ordered pizzas and of course had to pay online first.Delivery app kept saying 2 minutes out even though it was two hours later. I had to drive to the store and pizzas were just getting done. I canceled my order. This is the second time of horrible service at Dominos at Waukegan IL. I would never order from there if I were you.
