This place is AMAZING! The food is the tastiest hot pot I’ve ever had. There are so many options. We did the all you can eat option. The staff is extremely hospitable. It really feels like you’re at someone’s home. It is so cozy and just the perfect meal to have on a weeknight or weekend.

I actually enjoyed Han Hot Pot House — the place is clean, organized, and the overall experience is fun, especially if you go with friends. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the variety of soup bases and ingredients makes it easy to customize your meal.
That said, it’s a bit on the pricey ($33) side for an all-you-can-eat hot pot, especially if you don’t eat a lot. The meat quality is decent, not bad, but not the best I’ve had for this price range. Overall though, it’s still a good spot to enjoy a satisfying hot pot experience — just be prepared to pay a little extra for the atmosphere and variety.

This is my first time trying Hot Pot and it was such a wonderful experience.
The staff there made it a really good first place to go. They were really nice and patient with us, they showed us how to get started, make our own custom sauces, how to cook the food, and refilled us when we were low.
The food was amazing, there was plenty of tables to choose from, the menu is not hard to look through at all, the place is really beautiful, and once you have it figured out it’s smooth sailing!

We had a server named Keishla and she was so attentive. We kept burning our food somehow (operator error lol) and she was so patient with us and kept replacing our grill top. At one point she actually helped us cook our food because we just could NOT cook it without burning it. She made the experience such a great one.

If you never had Hot Pot before, I strongly recommend starting with this location. The options are incredible, the sauces are custom and self served. Honestly I could have this all day, every day and never be sick of it. While to cost per person is higher than some may like, the foods and tastes you will experience is well worth the price.

Good hotpot experience. There is a lot of variety, and I liked their Tom yum soup base. The dumplings were meh though, they were still cold in the middle. The chicken wings were surprisingly very good. The prices for individual hotpot items are a smidge on the higher side (nothing crazy but it does add up if you want variety) and with the new competition of all you can eat hotpot relatively close by I don’t know if I would come back here. There were some preset combos that do offer some variety that might be good for someone looking to try a bit of everything. The sauce bar had many options and was kept cleaned. I appreciate their QR/online order from the table because the wait staff was a bit busy.

My partner and I love coming here, especially now that they have an all you can eat option. I love the variety of items for the hot pot but also for sauces. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, and the restaurant is very clean. Highly recommend.

Amazing AYCE hotpot restaurant! You can choose any broth you want and you can even have an option to have an individual or sharing hotpot. They are so friendly and nice and professional. Ingredients were fresh and I loved their numerous ingredient options for hotpot. It was so delicious and I want to go back next time when I visit Hartford again!

This past Saturday was an incredibly memorable experience for me as I tried hot pot for the very first time at a restaurant. Accompanied by my friend, who happens to be a hot pot expert, we had a delightful time exploring various ingredients and flavors. One aspect that particularly stood out to me was the freedom to customize our own sauces or follow the sauce recipes available at the dedicated sauce station. To enhance our hot pot adventure, I decided to order two different flavors of broth, namely Chengdu hot and spicy as well as Tom Yum Kung soup. What impressed me even more was the option to get broth refills whenever we started running low. Additionally, the establishment had a well-stocked bar where we could indulge in refreshing lychee martinis and other delicious cocktails. Considering the premium quality of ingredients and the sheer joy of cooking our own dinners, I wholeheartedly recommend this place for a remarkable dining experience.
