I had a really disappointing experience at this location during the night shift around 1:00 AM on Tuesday. The gentleman working the drive-through was extremely unprofessional and came off as rude from the start. There were only three cars in line, yet the first car — which was mine — ended up waiting about 20 minutes.

To make matters worse, I specifically asked for my burger to be fresh and hot off the broiler, but the food I received was lukewarm at best. Waiting that long just to get food that clearly wasn’t fresh was frustrating.

What makes this especially unusual is that this location is typically very good during the daytime. I’m not sure if the employee working last night is new, but based on this experience, I would strongly recommend additional training to ensure the level of service matches what customers usually receive here.

After waiting in line for 20 minutes at the drive through with maybe 5 cars in front of me, I was rudely handed my food. Toddler was cranky and hungry. When I get home, no juice box, no extra fries that were ordered. Even if I had discovered this on the road, I would not have turned around b/c the drive thru line does not move. And the employees are extremely rude when ordering. To be honest, I cant even understand them b/c they mumble. They never smile here, whatever, but too many mistakes. This isn’t the first. Won’t be patronizing this location anymore,

Great job Mr. Fernando for outstanding customer service in drive thru. Thank you for offering a desert with my combo. You very pleasant at the speaker and at the window. Food was hot and fresh. My order was ready when I got to the window. Now that’s service. Wish I had a whole team like you when I was Food Service Foreman at Fort Dix Military Base.

During lunch time dine in it’s fresh, the 7 $ trio promo ongoing and to add on more appetizers. Pay cash upfront it’s convenient. Free refills with the beverage options. Get dessert after like shake or small ice cream cone treat.

Worst experience ever. “CAN’T have it your way!” Went to the drive thru and ordered a royal crispy wrap with honey mustard on the side. Employee taking my order asked twice and still put me down as “no honey mustard”. Got to the window and they said my order with no honey mustard. I said I asked for it on the side. What appeared to be the manager asked me “so you do want the honey mustard?” I replied, yes but on the side. They came back with my order and the honey mustard was in the wrap. Total incompetence at this location. Drive thru line is always a long wait. Better to take your money elsewhere.

It’s called fast food for a reason. I waited over 15 minutes in the drive-through. Either get more employees or limit how much people order because this is ridiculous. Any fast food chain that takes more than five minutes on an order should be shut down because everything should be made pre-order. It’s fast food people should not expect it to be made fresh it’s supposed to be made by the time you get from the order point to the window.

My experience today in Burger King was really good, The minute I walked in I was already being helped by the general manager. He was really polite and very friendly also asked me if I had a coupon very important to ask that question, I told him I don’t but maybe next time lol, overall he is at an excellent level, he is a very good example for other general managers out there.

We used to put in the mobile order then went picking up from this store because they will follow what we enter in the order. They were closed for a while. However, we have found the store is showing in the app. So we put mobile order at this store. I am surprised to see it’s remodeled and looking very good. Some machines that you can order in the store and they prepare my order meals correctly as before. Good to have it back.

Nasty chicken nuggets…omg they were so small and greasy looking little things.never again will I order from them.Gross beyond gross.Dont waste your money go get some nuggets from the store and put them in your own oven.
