Ordered a super roast beef got a junior on an onion roll. Didn’t even need to use a napkin. This used to be the OG roast beef place original parked in the parking lot to eat. My food place looks like a dump trash everywhere. I don’t know what happened. This place used to be the best around.

Not only has the main guy who takes orders been grouchy every single time I’ve been there, but they can’t seem to follow directions. I used to like this place but the quality has gone downhill. I asked for my bacon well done, I did not ask for ketchup. Other sandwich wasn’t well done either. After the last few disappointing times I gave this place a last chance tonight. Will never return. Thanks for wasting my money!

Tell Bill, tell Bob — this place is the real deal! I went all in with a custom super beef loaded with lettuce, tomato, horseradish, BBQ sauce, and pickles — absolute perfection. I lived briefly in Woburn and used to enjoy Bill and Bob. I was recently was in the area with my husband and we decided to stop in. It was later in the evening. The prices have gone up which is expected. I was disappointed in the size of my roast beef sandwich. Too small for the price. My husband was underwhelmed by his sandwich, which lacked a decent amount of meat. The dining room was closed. We ate near the counter. I was refused use of the customer bathroom, since it was in the dining room. I understand no eating in there after a certain hour, but it would have been good customer service if the bathroom was available. If I had known the restroom was closed I may have reconsidered or gotten the meal to go.
