The cashier at the window was rude and shut the window before I could ask for the salsa I preferred. The carne asada nachos were so bad I vomited after eating them. The meat was old. The chips were old. The sour cream was curtled and the entire set up was no longer edible. This was on Thursday 8:45pm well before closing. I feel as if the cashier was rude the moment she took my order till she purposely gave me subpar food. She gave me the most horrible look as she handed me the food and slammed the glass in a 2 second interaction that left me stunned. I feel it is because I am white as there is no other reason she has to be treating me with such instant disrespect. I spoke politely and ordered the same food I’ve always ordered.
I loved this company as did my family but we are less and less welcome at Filibertos.
That’s against the law by the way…if you haven’t already heard.
I don’t believe we will be eating at filibertos anymore. It’s quite sad actually. Because their is lots of competition in this state for Mexican food. Thanks

I kept telling my son that this location has really good chorizo burritos. He wanted to try them so we stopped by this morning and we were disappointed. They weren’t as good as usual. It was mostly egg not very good. They were my go to place for chorizo burritos. Now they taste like the location on Stone. Not good at all. Very disappointed.

I like the food, the service is decent and fast. I do find their prices really expensive. $15 for a fast food burrito? And they charge you for using a credit card.

Cashier didn’t want to honor my full order because I used a promo code through DoorDash. She said it costs Filiberto’s money by people using DoorDash discounts. Well, the receipt provided on the order states the promo is paid by DoorDash and not the restaurant it is used at. So is DoorDash providing false info or is the Filiberto’s cashier a liar? Picture of the receipt is uploaded here. I’m not one to ask for the manager, so I just left there with a partial order that ended up costing me more. Last time I ever visit this place.

Food is good. However, when 2 salads and 2 sodas comes to $34 at a fast food place, it feels like a bit of an insult to see a handling fee for using a debit card and a tip jar sitting by the register.

No cooks on the line while waiting for door dash orders. Took ever 20 minutes for one order because the cooks weren’t doing their jobs. After waiting 20 minutes the cook finally left the bathroom without washing his hands and I walked out

Close to Tucson Mall, this is by far the best of the 3 Fili’s we’ve tried. Newer one in Vail does not have a salsa bar or self serve fountain drink. This one has both and an amazing ‘Full’ Salsa Bar, which they were constantly refilling when we were there, 6 salsas and a yellow mayo or cheese sauce in solos?, fresh cukes, pickled carrot/onions, roasted onions & Serranos, lemons, limes, and a huge self serve Fresh Chips box on the counter. Adobada is killer, no one else’s has come close to the flavor bomb here. Burritos and tacos are jam packed with protein and the prices are on par. It’s our destination Fili’s and worth our drive, 20 miles to get our Mexi fill 😀

The chicken taco came as a single hard shell, and adobada came with 2 soft tacos. I took one home, so filling.

There are a few flats screens inside dining area and plenty of tables and booths that all seemed nice and clean. Compared to many other fast mexi places, there were consistent inside diners vs just take out and drive thrus. Need a key for bathrooms

Can’t say enough how pleasant it is to dine at this Fili’s, it’s #1, Thank You!!
