COZY coffee spot. My daughter and I enjoyed the special toasted marshmallow cherry lattes. (They were able to make hers without cherry.) They were excellent. The place was busy but we did not have to wait long for our coffee or breakfast. We had the breakfast burrito and spinach and cheese crepe. Both were on the dry side. We would definitely go back but order different food. There were plenty of other options on the menu including other crepes, savory and sweet, as well as bagels and egg dishes. Decent amount of seating inside and outside. Parking behind the house is tight but you can park on street or nearby parking garage.

Friendly service. Indoor and outdoor seating. Small food menu available. Alternate milk choices available. I had their toffee coffee with sugar free syrups – absolutely delicious. My husband had their mediym roast drip, and he said it was a good roast with a smooth taste.

Nice coffee shop with an excellent roast on the drip and superb options for those who like to spice up their coffee with additional ingredients.

Warm and friendly vibe pervades the place, including atmosphere and service.

We only had coffee, but food is available.

This cafe is super cozy. The food and coffee were great and I loved the vibe. Prices are fair and the staff is really friendly. Overall a great experience.

It’s amazing but… the food is a little plain
But you come for the drinks anyway
The hot chocolate hit different though 10/10

I’ve driven past here numerous times and finally got the chance to come in. It’s an old house scattered with quaintly decorated rooms. You order at the register, grab your number, and roam around until you find a nook that suits you. We ordered a lavender honey latte, chai, crepe and some fantastic protein bites from the cooler. Everything was wonderful! Definitely a cute place to catch up with a friend! I did notice a parking lot catty-corner to it reserved for them, enter from the side street across from the antique mall.

It’s one of my favorite coffee shops when visiting Franklin. My wife and I stumbled upon this just walking by it on our first visit in 2020 during the shutdown. We were hooked and have made it a point to go back here for coffee and their amazing food for each visit since. All their food has been amazing – especially their strawberry salad with house made dressing (with maple syrup).

A really cute spot, beautifully decorated. I didn’t have any trouble finding a parking spot in the free garage two blocks away. I was here on a Sunday morning when the church rush was in full swing, so my 30-minute wait for food was pretty understandable. The breakfast burrito was fine. I really enjoyed the blackberry honey latte.

The Coffee House at Second and Bridge in downtown Franklin is one of the most beautiful shops we’ve ever visited.

Everything about it- from the front porch swing to the squeaky hardwood floors is absolutely stunning.
Even the bathroom is beautiful.

I’m obsessed with beautiful porches and Tennessee is filled with them.
I wish it would’ve been nice enough to sit outside because I wanted to sit on that beautiful red swing so bad.
There was a ton of rain last night and all the outdoor furniture was wet, or else I would’ve been on that swing in a heartbeat.

We spent over 3 hours here. When we first arrived there were only a handful of people and plenty of spots to relax and when we left there wasn’t an empty seat anywhere.

There is a lot of outdoor space and we’re hoping to go back at least once more before we leave.

Downtown Franklin is one of the prettiest cities we’ve ever visited. ❤️

We came in Tuesday morning. Not too busy. The food was good but my granddaughter was served with a piece of bacon in her whipped cream. The tables were not wiped off at anytime during our brunch. The ladies restroom door was filthy, and the interior was dirty as well. My husband said the men’s toilet hadn’t been flushed or cleaned. The exterior of that door was disgusting all. Someone might need to do was a hot soapy rag.
There was a thick layer of dust on the window sills and all the horizontal surfaces. Overall, if there were only one or maybe two things I would attribute it to it being a large, old-house, and an employee scarcity. But either no one’s in charge or they’re unaware. It’s a great location and a lovely setting.
