In most cases, I don’t post bad reviews or experiences because there is enough of that online. Posting this in order to spare others the experience and cost of this product. Completely inadequate quality and quality of food. I’m shocked this product left the store. Please reconsider your options if you are thinking of choosing this location. It is disheartening, as we used to order here frequently and give this location our business. Chipotle’s corporate website says, “Steve Ells, Founder, Chairman and CEO, started Chipotle with the idea that food served fast did not have to be a typical fast food experience.” Looks like the company needs to return to its original goals.

Never in my life have I recieved food of this quality!!! I almost feel attacked! We ordered food for the family coming to 42$, both bowls were 1/4 full and the bag of chips were crushed into 1/4″ size! If chipolte continues to operate this way- I wont ever spend a dime here again!!!!

I’m a regular Chipotle customer and typically choose this location because it’s convenient and I expect consistency. Today was anything but. During peak hours, the store was completely out of white rice and had no grilled chicken available, two of the most basic and highest volume items on the menu. The quoted wait time was 20+ minutes just to restock core ingredients. Running out of specialty items is understandable. Running out of foundational proteins and rice during a rush reflects poor prep forecasting and inventory management. This isn’t about inconvenience, it’s about operational execution. When customers walk in and can’t order standard menu items, that’s a systems issue, not a supply chain surprise. I hope leadership reviews prep timing, demand forecasting, and line readiness to prevent this from becoming a pattern.

I ordered my food at 6:30 for 7:00 pickup, it is so cold I’m guessing it sat there for a half an hour. Also they didn’t put queso on my bowl. $10 for a cold bowl with wrong ingredients, wth? And, I ordered free queso for my reward s and didn’t get it. I’m so happy I tipped the crew who also didn’t acknowledge me, no more, done with chipotle, can get way better Mexican other places

Went back to get it, and they said they don’t have any. Well, I saw a bottle in the back, she acted confused to not give it out. Unreal..
From standing in line (3 people in front of me) to leaving the location was 22 minutes.

The last few orders tasted like the meat was just recooked to warm it up again. Very hard and dry. I even stopped going for a year and then tried it again recently and it was still the same thing.

Chipotle will always have a place in my heart but after them charging me to let them be in my head rent free now its out of my head. After the 2020 incident of inflating of covid-19 chipotle has become one of the saddest things I’ve seen. The food is so expensive now compared to what is was 10 years ago. And also half of the time you go to a chipotle anywhere down south or where famous people live people are brining cameras into chipotle to video the work. Give them a break.
