I came through the drive-through on 2-21-25 @ 10:15 give or take. The service was very poor. The lady who was at the window was rude got mad at me because they made a mistake with my drink. She slammed the drive-through window and did not give me a utensil to eat my low-carb bowl. This is not a way to treat customers and I am going to think it twice to come back just because of that reason. Customer service is a must and her social skills were very poor! This is the Hardee’s at south Oates st in Dothan

Breakfast: Quick, very good, very clean. I don’t eat fast food but my husband wanted biscuits a gravy. Biscuits were great and hot. They use real eggs ! We ate inside. Very clean. Very nice staff. I’ll eat breakfast here again – and I’m pretty hard to please

I came in Sunday to eat. The next morning I was in the emergency room with food poisoning. Don’t recommend eating there. I give this location a fat 0. For all around service and quality. They need more training on staff and need new management.

The service was great, the food was good but way too pricey for fast food.
All the fast food places are getting ridiculous.
The atmosphere is good though usually very quiet, and plenty of seating even during lunch and dinner rush.

Country fried steak biscuits are so good. The burgers are delicious and the fries are wonderful. I wonder just one thing why is Hardee’s so so expensive??

Worst customer service ever! Waiting 15 to 20 minutes here for two double cheeseburgers small fries and two drinks. One staring at the screen other one outside smoking a cigarette and another one running around trying to figure out what the hell’s going on. All this will cars pile up. Only four cars in the parking lot. Finally went in to pick my food up after waiting in the parking lot. It smelled like somebody been smoking marijuana in there.

I left a five-star review a few weeks ago . Went back here this morning, and it’s a total difference. I spent almost 40 on breakfast, and the girl in the drive thur couldn’t even take the order properly in the drive thru . If i spent that money and asked if this large hashbrown i paid 4 dollars for could be fixed, it’s only half full . She said it’s correct. that’s a large that’s all that goes it in . Keep in mind she was outside when we pulled up and when we left again and after walking back inside and asking she was rude .

I usually only stop by a Hardee’s for breakfast, but I decided to stop by the location on 84 West for dinner tonight. Both my fries and cheeseburger were hot and fresh, I didn’t have to wait, and they double checked that my burger was made how I asked for it – cheese and ketchup only! Don’t sleep on this location!
