I placed an online order @ 10:07 3/2/26 and arrived @ 10:15, I pushed the button and said I was picking up an online order. Everything seemed okay until I seen the ladies packing up to leave, I seen the manager(red shirt) and asked how much longer on my order cuz at this time it was 10:50 and they forgot about my order obviously, no problem things happen. I finally received my order and items were missing so I told the other lady that brought my food out what I was missing,no good customer service at all she had an attitude with me,no sorry, no nothing. Well get home and my family and I start to eat and not long after eating 2 of my family members got sick, one being my child that I had to take to the ER because they couldn’t keep nothing down and was told he had FOOD POISONING. That is UNACCEPTABLE and the health department needs to come check that, idk if it was the chili or cheese because both members had chili cheese tots. Do better lady’s, also the 2 lady’s I did speak with need a course on customer service.

I went during non busy hours. It was around 10 PM and I was craving for some milkshakes and my brothers wanted some cheeseburger combos and tater tots. Service was fast and the server was hospitable. Overall, a good experience

Used the Sonic App, went smooth.

But the app has a few bugs where it did not send my order to the restaurant once I was there; but I clicked the button at the drive in and they rook care of me.

my husband went to pick up our food and we got two burger meals w/fries. at 6:00pm the grease couldn’t have been changed because our fries tasted like french toast sticks and were super cold. the burger presentation was terrible!!! the only thing that was good was the limeade we got. will not be returning back to this location, terrible food quality

Update: after using the link (provided with this review) I was able to speak to a customer service rep. She stated that she would provide us with a free sandwich and/or tots or fries. However upon checking that app. My husband got a rewarded a free burger (with a purchase) and free tots or fries (with a purchase). I wasn’t looking for any recompense but if you say you’re going to give someone something why give them something else?

Placed order at 5p local time on Friday, March 7, 2025. Asked female voice that took the order if the plain cheeseburger was 1/4lb of beef. She said “no.” Asked her how much beef it was, and she responded, “I have no clue.” No attempt to find out. (I asked because I didn’t see the info in the description of the burger online. Was trying to decide if I wanted to order 2 additional vs 1 additional.) I think the response, while likely true, was inappropriate. Hopefully, management will see this review and address by preparing staff with appropriate information.

Absolutely dismal Customer Service. I called with questions and a complaint for the manager and all she did was speak over me the whole time they took my order without saying a word gave me the wrong drink and then wouldn’t even let me speak when I called to complain.
