The food was good, but the drinks were better!! Came on a Sunday to celebrate a friend’s birthday. We ordered bottomless mimosas and tried every flavor, lol needless to say we got a lil tipsy. The service however was not that great. I dont know maybe our waitress was going through something and brought it to work with her. But she brought the wrong orders twice and was just kinda spaced out. Anyways we still had a great time.

WAITRESS FROM HELL: This is the worst place I’ve ever been to food was absolute disgusting. But aside from that the server we had was horrible. I don’t have her name bc she didn’t bother to give it to us but she started off answering her FaceTime call while taking our order & telling us that she was supposed to be off in a matter of minutes & we were her last table. She then came & sat down next to us and was on her phone while we were eating. Then she tells my friend to get a to go cup for her cocktail bc she’s ready to head home. She checked us out &’ then didn’t give us any receipts. Even though we clicked the button for the receipt. Then she catches an attitude with us and tells us she’s already done her check out so I can’t get a receipt. We are at our table still eating & drinking. With no small shareable plates for appetizers, no silverware, && no go to boxes. We weren’t asked if we needed anything at all before she went closed herself out. & the worst part? She did all of that rushing to leave so that she could get a cocktail from the bar and sit at one of the tables drinking. Bartender had to assist us for the rest of our lunch.

Came here on a date almost a year ago and again on a date last weekend. Originally came here bc this was in an article for best place to get drinks in BR list. Definitely not disappointed. The drinks and cocktails are great you can tell there’s a mixologist that understands ingredients. There’s plenty of selection in beers and various types of alcohol in the bottle.
The place is slightly on the small side and parking is limited and will most likely require u to park in other areas to come over. However they are open late and make it a cool hole in the wall spot to go to have have some drinks with friends or on a date

Great experience. We had the pillow talk drink and a beer with the Poydras Poutine, the short rib eggrolls, and roasted Brussels and bacon. Everything was fantastic and we will be back again. Great selections for food if you want something to eat with your drink.

Absolutely amazing experience. Bartender was very friendly and helpful (wish I got his name). Even though this was my first time coming in, he made it feel as though I was a regular. I arrived for happy hour on a Tuesday afternoon/evening. Wasn’t too packed but mostly everyone sat at the bar. The bartender informed me of the happy hour deals including food, drinks on the menu and on the “Happy Hour,” board. I ordered the French 75, bramble and a black, blue and bacon burger. So delicious! The blue cheese is not like anything I’ve ever had before. It’s thick but not too much and very flavorful. Fries are seasoned very well and the ketchup kind up taste like it’s mixed with hot sauce with a subtle amount of spice.

This place has the potential to be 5 stars but the cleanliness of this establishment is not up to par. Let’s start with the pros: Service is good, drinks are good. Food is good. I wanted to order more but after seeing that bathroom we asked for the check and left.
Now for the cons: Bathroom is absolutely disgusting. Windows are filthy and neglected. Drinkware is not being cleaned properly. The glass they put my drink in looked like it had only been rinsed.

I’m visiting from out of town and was told the brunch here was unmatched. William and Austin took care of us at the bar and even made us this cute little lemon head. Also, for my expresso martinis lovers, William POPPED OFF. Look at this presentation! I recommend this place 10/10 and will be back. Also, food was delicious.

The food was very impressive, given this is mainly a bar. We had the fried seafood player and Gumbo. Both were pretty good.

After church you wanna find that place that just lets you relax. I am learning that this is hard to do because you are in competition with everyone else.
Called ahead and found out that they don’t take reservations so this only made me want to get there that much faster. Parking is tight and so you may have to park and walk. The restaurant is hipster in decor with both inside and outside seating which made me like it that much more.
Our server was awesome in taking our order and being awesome over all. The food is priced right about 15$ per person and the quantity is not skimpy. My only complaint is that the potatoes were really over seasoned. I ate it all because it was so good. Get there early or you may be waiting a while. And it’s worth the early drive.
