The reviews weren’t wrong: the workers there do give off the “I’d rather be anywhere but here” vibes. I get the attitude and it doesn’t bother me. They took my order and made the sandwich. No problem.
However, the quality of the ingredients seemed off; couldn’t quite put my finger on it. Almost flavorless compared to another location (one by Target in Potomac Yard, for example).
I’m just glad the place was open and I got my sandwich. Simple.

The food here is not fresh at all they are keeping it for days most likely to save money but that is going to get people very ill and just not sanitary at all when meat goes hard and doesn’t smell right something is wrong very wrong the need be investigated tbh!

Good costumer service, the entire crew is always smiling and quick to help. I stop by at least 2 to 3 times a week and never had any bad experience.
Thank you ladies!!

2 stars!
This subway should close down and be replaced with a Chik Fil A. It’s one of the worse ones I’ve visited.
Food – terrible.
Sandwiches – not worth the money for 2 pieces of meat. You get all bread.
Staff – not friendly, get orders wrong, act like they don’t want to be there, always speaking in another language than English
I recommend eating somewhere else.

I used to go here but they do not accept subway promotions anymore.

Honestly even given the dirt poor standards that subway has become, this place manages to lower them even further.
The staff seems to think being there is more of a burden than a job and won’t put any care into your order and will short change the amount.
As mentioned before they often talk about you openly in Spanish.
Just get your food somewhere else

They do a good job during their lunch rush, despite often being packed. But their afternoon and evening crew are consistently stingy on standard items, particularly the wraps (which are advertised as coming with the same protein portion as their footlong equivalents). Their produce quality has been consistently better than all other Subways I’ve visited.

For some reason, the local Subways that are still open do not honor coupons that you may receive in the mail. Most often, you will not notice this until you happen to see a small, hand-written sign posted near the cash register. This policy is posted as a staff/food shortage response, so be aware. It’s the reason why I stopped going to Subway.

By far the worst subway I’ve been to. I work near by so unfortunately this is my only option for lunch. 1st issue is everytime I go, my sub is just thrown together. Every other subway I’ve been to there’s clearly a company method as to how each item is suppose to be placed on the sub, this place clearly didn’t get the memo. Secondly, they act like there’s a food shortage because they always give u less then what ur paying for so u always have to request more than what their giving u, and lastly I’ve seen them make a pre order sub that wanted mustard and they lady accidentally put to much to the point that the sub should have been remade and they just wrapped it and gave it to the customer anyway, clearly without them knowing. Also when they toast ur sub, it usually comes out more burnt then anything. Where’s the quality control for this place. People don’t have to spend money here and the workers should show some appreciation by just making their sandwiches the way their expected to make them.

Employees should mind what they say, in any language, with guests present. A family member of mine, visited this location recently and overheard the staff talking about her. They used a derogatory term. Staff should know race should never be used to identify the next guest in line, despite speaking another language. You have Multilingual customers. Terribly sad and aggravating to hear.
