I visited Three Brothers and an issue arose with my order due to an allergy. When I brought it to the manager’s attention, he refused to remake the order or issue a refund. He repeatedly tried to insist that I take a pizza containing an ingredient I am allergic to, which was extremely concerning.
A few (and I truly mean a few) employees were kind and courteous—thank you to them. Unfortunately, the overall service was not up to par. The lack of professionalism, particularly in handling a serious allergy concern, left me with a very poor experience. I personally would not return to this restaurant.

Sorry to say this place is going down hill fast. Three bros (all of them) have been bought out by new owners. The price keeps going up and and the quality down. The canoli is not good like it use to be the filling way different. The 3 bros prep kitchen in bladensburg is no longer, so instead of consistent fresh products brought to each store they just buy it from food distributors. The operating hours are never consistent they close way to early. The salad use to be made fresh, now it’s bag mix with white cabbage. The dressing comes in a small condiment cup that’s half full, you almost always need two at an extra charge. Now the servers are always great, very courteous and they do an excellent job. the cooks that are experienced who have been under the former owner are awesome at there craft and a reason to go back.

I’ve been back 2 more times since my first post. Things seem to be about the same. The food is good no doubt and I’ll keep going back until it doesn’t taste great anymore? Or they make more changes that sacrifice the original 3 bros style of doing things.

We had several entrees to try, including lasagne, meatball side and chesapeake pasta with shrimp and cab meat.
Meatballs were reasonably sized and tender and yummy.
Lasagna was moist, filled with meatsauce and topped with mozzarella with plenty of sauce.
Pasta was seasoned with old bay seasoning, fettuccine was cooked well, Alfredo was delicious. Amount of seafood was adequate.
Our meal was take out and ready within 20 minutes on a Friday night. It was well packaged for carry out.

I was a little worried when I walked in and saw a counter to order but I gave it a try and was happy I did. The eggplant dinner with a salad and bread was very good and I was able to have a nice glass of wine with it. Great quick service and food came quick too. Recommended!

We arrived closer to closing time and shared a personal cheese pizza and Tiramisu. The cheese pizza was awesome! The cheese melted perfectly, and there were no burnt cheese bubbles at all. The crust was equally as good. Soda fountain worked well, and sodas weren’t overly carbonated. The Tiramisu was fantastic too; a nice rich flavor. A good menu to choose from, I highly recommend Three Brothers Italian Restaurant!

I would give zero stars if I could! I was accused of stealing a soda that I had originally planned on getting water and decided last minute to get a pepsi with full plans of paying before I left. I will not be coming here again which is on them. I do frequent catering orders and will be spreading the word on how they run their buisness!

This place has great food! The restaurant is clean and spacious. The staff was really friendly and helped us figure out our options. I don’t know what they do to their pizza crust but it’s fluffy and tasty while not taking over the whole slice of pizza, unlike a lot of homemade pizza places. Their steak and cheese sub is massive, moist, and well-balanced.
This place is locally-owned and very active in the community. Among other things, they are very supportive of our educators and students. We feel good getting food here because we know we’re supporting a local business that supports us.

I’m stuck in a hotel decided to try the pizza joint down the walkway. The smell before opening the door -oooh got my mouth watering haha. I ordered Eggplant Parm dinner with a Greek salad hubby snagged the Chicken Parm sub. Mine is super cheeesy and saucey just how I like it! Dish has good flavor although I do like my pasta AL denté, this is a little more done but still good though -no complaints!! Very pleased.

Ordered a to go order. Drove up from St Mary’s and started driving home. Something told me to check my order as we crossed over the bridge. Opened up order and it was wrong. Called them to let them know and they told me my husbanded ordered it wrong it wasn’t their fault. Wow my husband said he ordered linguine because the item said choose your pasta type. Rude older women who works there and her lack of customer service will cause me not to return. Disappointing that that’s their customer service and how they deal with their mistakes. They said that’s what they gave us because he didn’t specify. If the dish says choose your own pasta isn’t it the person responsibility to ask and confirm that they chose one? Guess ordering

Guess not… so if you go there be ready to be blamed for their mistakes when your orders wrong. Waste of gas and food is low quality… French fries were nearly empty. Cheese steak has no flavor should have just got a veggie sub. Thank goodness peppers were put on it he said. Guessing they replaced old cooks because food use to be good and my husband had us drive 45 mins since he use to love it and wanted me to experience it. His response was they don’t have to worry about me driving back up there for food anymore and waste my money. I would rather McDonalds… which is sad.

I order delivery from this location last night and it was terrible . . Mind you I’m only 5 minutes away .. My pizza was cold and the peppers and onion where raw…also order cheese fries that was also cold with tasteless fries no salt and very little cheese…bad experience this time around..
