I don’t know fam. 1st time here, snowed in , working frome home and I was like I want pizza. If PH is made properly its better than other chains, but its rare to find one that can sustain good quality food, BUT, this is starting off the right way. I’ll look forward to my next visit.

I am writing to recognize and commend Misty Thompson, the General Manager of the Pizza Hut located in Eden, North Carolina, for going far beyond expectations during a recent community event.
This past weekend, Misty played a central role in helping host a birthday party for a 5-year-old boy who is new to the area. His mother, wanting to make sure her son felt welcomed and celebrated, reached out on Facebook to invite local families to attend his birthday. This was not a fundraising event — just a simple, heartfelt gesture to bring joy to her child, and Misty embraced that opportunity to make it extra special.
Not only did she help organize and prepare for the party, but she also ensured everything was ready for a memorable experience. Misty even brought a personal gift for the birthday boy — a truly thoughtful and unexpected act of kindness.
Unfortunately, during the delivery and setup, an unrelated dispute broke out between individuals attending the party. One parent became verbally aggressive, and the police had to be called (a report is on file with the Eden Police Department). Throughout the situation, Misty remained calm, professional, and respectful. At no point did she contribute to or escalate the issue — in fact, she worked to deescalate and continue supporting the event as best she could.
Despite the tension, Misty’s focus stayed on what mattered: making a young boy’s birthday special and ensuring the community could come together in kindness. Her actions reflect integrity, compassion, and leadership — all qualities that are invaluable in a team member and representative of the Pizza Hut brand.
The local news has since taken notice of this event, and many of us in the Eden community are proud to have someone like Misty in our town. Her dedication and empathy turned a difficult moment into a story of community resilience and kindness.

Ordered $50 worth of food only for it to arrive cold. Also the bread sticks and cinnamon sticks were uncut and neither the icing nor marinara sauce was there. My mom called to get a refund only to get hung up on by the manager. Called back and said they would issue a refund but never received. Terrible customer service and food.

Absolutely loved it! The staff was so friendly and the welcome to pizza hut when we walked it was great! The service we received you just don’t find it anymore. I’m so glad we stopped by here for dinner. Great prices as well!

Unfortunately the last 3 times I’ve ordered from Pizza Hut I’ve ended up having an issue each time! The 1st time my order was completely wrong but they sent back out the correct order. The 2nd time I was paying in cash & wasnt home so I had left the cash w my son, well it took almost 2 hours to arrive but Noone made me aware I needed to have exact change so the driver told my son he didn’t have any change so he kept all my change even though I tipped on the app. Then last night my order was wrong again(the melt wasn’t supposed to have onions but was loaded w onions & no sauce nor did it have the toppings it’s supposed to come w so they were rock hard) & no dipping sauces. When I called they said they would resend the correct order so I waited an hr & had to call back just for them to tell me there were no drivers that would deliver my food. Also as if all this wasn’t enough I had received an email from the 2nd order being late w a code for a free LG pizza but it wouldn’t work online so I called in my order to try to redeem the coupon just for the manager to tell me it could only be used online even after I explained it wasn’t working online which was why I called. Definitely won’t be ordering from them again. It’s a mess.

I love going to the Bingos they have at this Pizza hut. It’s a great atmosphere and the food is always fresh and delicious. The service is great. They are able to service all of us and keep the food coming. Also if you don’t see a pizza you can eat, you just ask and they will make it.

Needed 14 large pizzas and wings on the fly for my crew. Called and spoke to Misty and hour before I wanted them ready and she made it happen! The staff is friendly and I had all the plates cups napkins tea lemonade and parmesan cheese I needed to feed a large crew of hungry roofers. Thank you Pizza Hut Eden for a great job! Much appreciated!
