We came on Sunday, February 22 Placed an order for two dinners; lasagna the dinners came out barely warm. We sent them back. It was the worst lasagna we’ve ever had. There was absolutely no ricotta cheese and barely any meat. It was all noodles and mozzarella cheese. It was embarrassing. Definitely will not be back. However, A week prior during the week, we did have pizza there, and it was very good. If there was a place to put a picture of the lasagna dish to show you, I would.

We don’t frequent the establishment often because we prefer another pizza place, but my family likes this one. The reviews are alarming. Accusing customers of stealing when they told her it was hers. Then going as far as making a scene in front of the another customer when it was the employees error is bs. Prices are incredibly expensive. I noticed this myself. I’ve never felt overly welcome
when eating there either. It’s a shame bc there aren’t many good pizza places near by.

I’m not sure about any of those negative reviews but I have a wonderful experience everytime I go. The food is always hot & exactly how I want it. The people are very polite especially the blonde that’s always behind the counter! She makes the experience delightful & fun.

If you don’t mid spending money and having a lousy experience then this is your place. Don’t bother calling them about their short falls, they don’t care. And it shows in their food AND service. Had to add this after I opened the 3 boxes of pizza. Whoever cut the pizza must be blind. Wish I could post the photo of these pathetic pizzas.

Terrible experience picking up my order last night I ordered 3 large pizzas & 2 sandwiches the women working the counter said your order is right there on the counter i grabbed 3 pizzas & a bag with 2 sandwiches got out to the car and the women behind the counter came running out , telling me that I grabbed more than what I was supposed to i was confused because the order looked right. She said those sandwiches weren’t yours, and I said , I did order two sandwiches with the pizzas so I handed her the 2 sandwiches, walked back in with her to get my 2 sandwiches. The customer that was standing at the counter waiting for his order, she handed him the 2 sandwiches and said, “Do you still want these sandwiches? Even though they were stolen!! “
EXCUSE ME, I did not steal anything just because you couldn’t read the damn order right!! Then the customer rudely looked at me & said “Let me guess you must be from New Jersey, and that I must be brain dead” all because the woman made him think I stole his food!
The woman & man behind the counter thought it was funny!
I was so furious!!!
Then to find out that the woman never rang up my two sandwiches telling me I still owed $25.18 the
Website says small meatball parm $7.00 & large cheesesteak $10.75 I called the order in (no second hand app) so not only did the woman running the counter accuse me of stealing two sandwiches she then rip me off for my 2 sandwiches. Thanks for the terrible experience I’ll never be back.

i’m leaving this review based on the two reviews about food being stolen or taken out when it wasn’t supposed to… i’m not sure why they said all of that because it’s very inaccurate. I witnessed the entire transaction and no one behind the counter working at Theresa’s was at fault. It was completely blown out of proportion by the other male customer. i hope this clear things up?

Ate here on Sunday….it cost 50.00…terrible food…salad…got no dressing…margarita pizza with 4 tiny sprigs of basil on it…cheese wasn’t even melted…very soggy in the center…got a mushroom steak, forgot to put any meat in the ends of the rolls they did not put cheese on it….chicken Alfredo 20.00….lots of noodles…less chicken. Very Dissapointed in this place

Writing this on 01/01/2025. I ordered through an app called “too good to go”. Their business was recently added onto it. I ordered on 12/31/2024. Nothing said they were closing early and the app didn’t mention anything but took my money regardless. I placed three orders and drove there at night while it was raining and difficult to see with weather conditions. I have never been to this place before or heard of it and will not being going back ever again. If they were closed or closing early then you shouldn’t have been able to place an order. I tried calling them and rang about 3 times and I was manually put to voicemail so they knew they were getting calls. What a shame but I’ll just take my business elsewhere.
