Store#1038 Spent$64.92 Unfortunately the female working today wasn’t able to conduct herself professionally and have a customer service skill set. This cashier refused to give me a bag to carry the order of 4 brown paper bags. I even offered to pay for additional bags and yet again she refused. She was yelling and disrespectful and which is why she will work at burger king to the end. No manager on site, and when they do. You need to fire that cashier ASAP

Went to the drive thru this morning and the cashier had no idea what she was doing. She was charging me more than what I ordered and when I called her out on it she tried to justify saying that the computer is giving her the procw but she clearly didnt know how to do simple math because she was overcharging me. Wasn’t helpful at all and I ended up leaving, they lost business that morning and who know how many more with her working the drive thru. Extremely unprofessional

My fries were so cold, I asked that I would rather wait for a fresh batch & the girl said “we have to finish these first”. They were almost done. Then she said “I can’t give you your money back because they were hot when I gave them to you.
I hadn’t even taken a single bit out of my bacon cheese burger. So I took the whole tray back, she called the manager & got my money back.

On August 30 2022 around 3pm I came tot this Burger King and placed a order to go, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and didn’t check the bag, I get home hungry and found out they didn’t put my purchased chicken nuggets, no condiments, & no napkins. This place was dirty and the customer service wasn’t pleasant one bit. I don’t recommend this location, go get a better burger down the street, unless you want to be robbed and be treated like anything other than human.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes, completely ignored by every employee. No greeting, no acknowledgment—nothing. It doesn’t matter what position you have; if a customer is waiting, someone should step up and help. Instead, the workers acted like I didn’t exist.
When someone finally decided to acknowledge me, they had the worst attitude—no “hi,” no smile, just a rude, unimpressed look. The way they talked to me was completely unprofessional, and to top it off, they even insulted me. I’ve never had such a bad experience at a fast food place. If you don’t want to deal with customers, why even work here? This place is a joke. Won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. They really be hiring anyone nowadays.
