Bar Italia is my family’s favorite restaurant! Jessica was so amazing the last time we went. She was very kind and even went out of her way to find out and tell us where their capers are from. I always get the branzino, it is so crispy and buttery, and their pastas are also delicious. We usually get the bread with ricotta and prosciutto on the side. Everything is always a hit with great portion sizes. The restaurant itself has a great design inside and outside. I plan to have my wedding rehearsal dinner here because it is consistently great. I definitely recommend it.

If you’ve never been to bar Italia, I would say get off your butt and go right now. Go for lunch go for dinner. This place is amazing. The food was delicious.
We started with the calamari appetizer. Since weve moved to Florida… We have not been able to find anywhere that makes this acceptable. Well, today that changed! Best calamari in Florida….and we are tough critics where this is concerned.
I tried the chicken parmesan, and it was perfectly cooked — crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with a flavorful vodka sauce. The pasta was clearly homemade. I had the zoodles dinner- zucchini noodles with a dark red sauce (it was good but I like my pasta sauce a little less thick). My husband ordered the veal marsala and he was finished before we even started (which is rare); so he definitely approved. He really enjoyed the Alfredo sauce pasta that accompanied the dinner as a side.
The prices were very reasonable, especially for the quality. The portion size of the chicken parmesan dinner was smaller than we anticipated. It’s not overly expensive, making it a great spot for both a casual dinner or a special night out.
Our waiter was attentive without being overbearing, which made the experience even better.
Drink were average. I ordered a limon cello drink and it was not what I was expecting. My son ordered a paloma and he didn’t love that either.
I was so full, but I managed to order a tiramisu to go.
Overall, Bella Tavola is a fantastic addition to the area. If you’re looking for authentic Italian food with great service and average prices, I highly recommend giving it a try. I’ll definitely be back soon!
11/29/25 we went back and unfortunately had a bit of a different experience. The arancini came out hot on the outside and cold on the inside. The sauce for zoodles was also soooo thick….. Too thick. The peach sangria had good flavor but very watered down.

I went to Barr Italia yesterday and had a great experience. I ordered the short rib and it was very good—tender and full of flavor. We also had the bread as an appetizer, which was really good, and the pesto Genovese was excellent as well. The restaurant was very clean, and the atmosphere was pleasant. Stephanie was our server and she was super nice and very attentive, which made the experience even better. I’d definitely come back.

This was our first visit to Bar Italia. We met some friends there on Monday night. Happy hour runs from 3-6 Mon-Fri. We had an order of zucchini straws. They were served with a nice aoli. The zucchini fries were delicious along with a great glass of prosecco. We sat down to dinner with our friends. My husband and I got the margarita pizza which is only $11 on Mondays! It was more than enough for two. Our friends had the tri color pizza which has a pesto sauce. I believe the pizzas were 16” and both were very tasty.

Went for happy hour, stayed for dinner. The whipped ricotta and prosciutto toasts are 10/10, fritto misto was great too, both off the happy hour menu. Spicy Calabrian chili marg was a nice twist on a jalapeño margarita. We ordered chicken limone and Diavolo shrimp pasta, both were incredible! Can’t wait to come back.

I am a good cook so dining out may become a critical experience for me. First time to Bar Italia on a Thursday early evening visit. We were immediately greeted at the front entrance, requested inside dining away from the west side bar. Romina was our server however other staff politely assisted her. Everyone was very sincere and accommodating to our requests. On Thursday patrons may purchase 1/2 off bottles of wine. Romina inquired about two of our selected varieties and shortly there after we had the samples at our table. My husband ordered the wedding soup while I asked Romina about the ingredients of different menu items. The soup’s broth was very flavorful without being salty and was complimented with a crusty bread. The meals looked aesthetically pleasing, and portions covered the large serving plate. Most of all the texture of the meats were exceptional, full of favor, and sauces standing out but not overpowering. We left the establishment feeling very pleased with the service, quality of food and wine, and welcoming atmosphere. We plan to return and enjoy the happy hour 3-6pm specials M-F. Bar Italia is making all the effort to make your dining experience pleasant.

Hands down just became my #1 in the area! Everything was absolutely outstanding, the food was phenomenal, the service top notch (thank you Parker) and I absolutely recommend and will be back there frequently. The atmosphere is beautiful, there is nothing that could have made our experience better. Parker was the best server and provided the best service I have seen in the 3+ years I’ve been down here. Go, enjoy and I promise you’ll want to return. Ps get the carpaccio.

Very nice and upscale bistro/bar. The food is all freshly made in house by hand. Everything on the menu was delicious. The bread was freshly baked, both soft and crisp at the same time. I could go on and on. The bar poured expertly made drinks. Great presentation all around.
Our reservation was ready when we arrived, even though the place was packed. The service by everyone was world class. A special thanks to our server Carley who made sure we were well taken care of.
It was a little loud for me, but it was Friday evening and the place was very busy. The food more than made up for it. We are definitely going back.
