I ordered from the app in the parking lot and had a short wait when I got inside. The staff was very friendly, even when I asked a dumb question. I was over tired and didn’t see things right in front of my nose. Thanks for not laughing at me,even though I laughed at myself. The comfort food was good as usual on a chilly evening.

Even through the drive-thru window, she recognizes my voice (or my usual order), calls me by name, and makes me feel so special and welcomed. It’s that personal touch that turns a simple pickup into a highlight of my day. In a fast-paced world, having someone who remembers you really stands out!
And let’s not forget the Unlimited Sip Club—it’s a total lifesaver! I love being able to grab my favorite iced tea or coffee, and the unlimited refills every couple of hours make it such an incredible value. It pairs perfectly with my drive-thru routine.

The food is contaminated from the chemicals in receipt paper directly touching food.
Receipt paper has chemicals in it such as BPA and BPS. Panera’s extensive “No no list” specifically prohibits BPA so it’s surprising to find it touching the food.

First time here and found it to be friendly, warming with a great atmosphere. I had an orange scone that was sweet on the outside and moist on the inside with a hint of orange. Just perfect. Placed my order and within a few minutes it was ready.

Sour employee couldn’t be bothered to smile or be civil or say good morning or greet us in any way. Paid $15+ for 2 bagels and 2 coffees. Had to send them back and ask them to toast them. (I mean, who eats a raw bagel? )

We just returned from Italy and it’s a bit different than two mornings ago, when we were in a place where they yell out “Buongiorno!” witha smile every time you walk in the door, and bring your coffee to your table with a smile, never expecting a tip….the bill at Panera asked “Would you like to leave a tip?” For what, for walking up and ordering our own food, an employee that can’t be bothered to be civil and a man that can’t be bothered to cut a bagel properly? I think not.
Went to throw our trash away and both inside and outside bins were full.
At 6:30AM.
America. Land of poor attitudes, poor work ethics and no customer service…but with a lot of hands held out.

Quick, efficient, and friendly- but watched an employee on the line using his phone with the same gloves that he then prepared food with. As a customer, I don’t care if employees use their phone when it’s slow, but TAKE OFF/CHANGE your gloves!!
