Interior completely disgusting! Tables, chairs in disarray, trash on floors and carpet, (auto grease all over carpets) food on tables, tables not clean, weird non- proprietary stuff hung on walls. Been going to Pizza Hut since 1976.

This Pizza Hut is okay, since the pizza we bought was very good and fresh, but the place itself is not very clean, particularly the bathrooms. There were no lines when we came, and the online order we made was given to us on time and without mistakes. Overall, our experience was satisfactory.

Ordered the big New York pizza with sausage and pepperoni also naked wings with mild buffalo sauce on the side. And an extra cheese pizza.Everything was fresh, delicious and hot. Ordered the Cheesesteak Melt it was good lots of flavor. Customer service was good also. Will order again.

Dirty counter; wet from drinks. Restrooms needed cleaning. Service wasn’t the best, waiting a decent time for someone to show up. Red peppers and cheese not readily available. Food quality was substandard compared to other near by pizza huts. Breadstick were good.

If i could leave no stars I would this place was awful dirty and empty the food was terrible and rude service i will never be returning to this Establishment again i ordered a big Newyorker Pizza which comes with cheese and Pepperoni so i added two more toppings to my order Sausage and black Olives and what i got was not what i ordered i went up to the server who took our order By the name of Heather i politely asked her for the manager she said she was the manager i told her that this pizza was not what i ordered she replied to me i gave you a build your own pizza I repeated to her.I ordered the big new yorker I did not want a build my own pizza. She Rudely argued with me. And she really didn’t care whatever happened to customer, always right They took my money and gave me something that I did not order.I would not recommend this place to anyone rude service dirty So called restaurant The employees are unprofessional. You can hear them in the back laughing having a great time but no work being done. The pizza that I got.I donated it to one of the homeless sitting outside I will be contacting corporate about this incident. It’s absolutely wrong.

When I work in Barstow I enjoy stopping here for lunch. Heather is a welcoming factor and she is such a great employee. She is very involved with her customers, She is always ensuring our needs are met. The pizza is made in a timely manner and is delicious. I would recommend this spot if your looking for great service, and to satisfy that craving for pizza!

Both employees were completely indifferent to us. Said it’ll take 15 minutes but took 25. Both pizzas were over cooked to a crisp. Just disgusting!! When approached to comment I was discarded as nothing. NEVER GO THERE. NEVER BUY THERE.
