Derek and his staff catered our wedding with a taco bar and appetizers.
To start with, Derek was so nice and easy to work with throughout the whole planning process. He offered us a tasting of what we wanted him to prepare at no cost. He reached out numerous times with quick responses to questions and any changes to the plan.
The food on the day of our wedding was amazing! So many of our guests and other vendors complimented Derek and his staff on how great they thought the taco bar was. The appetizers consisted of tortilla chips, salsa, nacho cheese and black bean and corn relish. The taco bar was so elaborate and every detail was perfect. We loved the honey lime chicken and all the variety of toppings Derek supplied for the tacos.
We highly recommend Derek and his staff at Kickback Catering for any and all wedding catering needs!

If you don’t know, they have a dine in option and are open for lunch! Our meal was fantastic. I had the teriyaki chicken sandwich and my wife had the island burger.
Both were amazing. Probably the best burger we’ve ever had.

Derek and his folks did an outstanding job for our daughters wedding of 200+ people! Derek is a great guy, very accommodating, and we LOVED his food! I even had some of the “Pickiest” of guests tell us how great the food was which says a lot! We will use Derek and his team for other events in the future! Great guy and even better food if that’s possible!

Truly no words can describe our experience with Derek and his staff!! Truly the best!! They did an incredible job for our wedding!! Everyone was raving about it! If you don’t know about KB Catering…GOOD!! That means there will be room for me when I go eat there!! I love this place. My wife loves this place. My work love this place. If you try it, you will too, love this place!! I think I eat here 1-2 times a week. The food is delicious. I really do believe it’s the BEST lunch spot for the money, flavor, and definitely for the people!! Go by KB, but not while I am there…I need my elbow room. Ha!! Keep it up KB Cartering!!
