Been coming here for over a decade. It is my favorite restaurant, period. It isn’t gonna be mind blowing food, but it is gonna have a homey feeling, good hot food, and it’s ran by folks that genuinely care. Simply, this place reminds me of home. Hard to find a place like it, or a place that will do AYCE noodles for $25.

Unfortunately, my experience here was extremely disappointing. The food stations and cooking area were not clean — noodles, vegetables, and raw meats were scattered around with little separation, creating an unsanitary setup. It was also concerning to see water from a faucet being used directly to make the sauce instead of using proper kitchen tools.
The vegetables at the bar were not washed or cooked properly, and the meat was underdone. The overall quality and flavor were poor, and nothing about the experience resembled a proper Mongolian barbecue. The entire operation felt careless and unsanitary.
I couldn’t finish my meal because of how unclean and unappetizing everything appeared. This restaurant urgently needs to improve its hygiene, food safety practices, and cooking standards before serving customers. I would not recommend eating here until those issues are fixed.

I Grew up with the Round Grill in New Brunswick and was devastated when they closed. This place is just like it and when I went here for the first time the nostalgia and flashbacks the first bite gave me has had me wanting to come back regularly. I go for the main course but definitely get the dumplings and I love the green tea! Oh and they also can add shrimp or scallops if ask (not for me but i figure it can’t hurt to say). All in all I have mentioned this place to others and it is very well loved by all who know of it. The love is very much deserved! Thank you for the great food, service, and experience!!!

MY FAVORITE RESTAURANT OF ALL TIME! At this point, me and my partner visit at least once a week because the food is just that amazing. You get to customize your own bowl with various meats, veggies, and sauces. It’s so fun getting to experiment with different combinations to see what you like best, that and the quality ingredients keeps us coming back. You get a lot of quality food for a perfectly reasonable price. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming too. My go-to noodles order is pork and cucumber with chili oil!

Millie Bobbie Brown said it best….“The dirtier the better” well this is that in regard to restaurants. It doesn’t look great from the outside and maybe the hot top where the man cooks looks a little dingy but the food is delicious! I wouldn’t take a date here but hell yes to all my friends

We have been going to the Magic Grill for over 30 years. It is quick – if you want but never rushed if you don’t. We love that everyone gets to select their own ingredients from 3 meats- chicken, pork , beef- super thinly sliced-12 or so vegetarian choice- zucchini, bok choy, onions, carrots, pineapple, peppers, baby corns, chives and a variety of sauces to suite every taste.

Great place to have lunch and dinner! The ingredients are fresh! Friendly staff / servers. If you have never been in a Mongolian restaurant with a big – huge round flat top grill… visit this place! This is self service type where you place your proteins (chicken, beef, and pork) and vegetables in a bowl and you bring it up to the chef and the chef cooks it in front of you! See picture. Great tasty food. Must experience too!
