As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

First they gave me someone else’s doordash order, then when I pulled back around to get my order they only gave me half of my order, then when I had to park and walk up to the window for the third time to get an entire meal they left out of my corrected order they got the order wrong.
Checkers use to be my favorite restaurant in town, best fries, best burgers, and Banana milkshakes. Now the milkshakes are half the size they use to be and when the grill crew forgets half your order they get annoyed at *you* for having the audacity of asking for the burger and drink you paid way too much money for. If you want burgers and decent service just go to Culvers down the street. Fries aren’t as good but at least the crew wont give you sass when they mess up your order.

Today, Sat, Feb 21, what a shameful experience! I ordered on the mobile app, went through the drive thru and was asked to pull over and wait. I honestly waited 45 min from the time I pulled into the drive thru line. And ended up leaving without my food… My time was with more than the $8 I spent on one cheeseburger and a coke! People were coming through the drive thru with their food…. What happened to my order? The nice girl working the window explained they were dreadfully under staffed and were slammed (expected on a Sat afternoon). She was frazzled!! I felt bad for them. The owners or managers should take better care of their employees! Also the building looked worn and in need of some sprucing up, paint was chipping and the place was just dirty… I had plenty of time to sit and view the worn out fence behind the place waiting for my food that never came … Boo! You can do better!!

Great service, and fast. I have never had an incorrect order at this establishment. The fries are always hot and crispy, the burgers are great and reasonably priced with 4 and 5 dollar deals available. The food is a bit heavy on the stomach but if you are eating here you already know what you signed up for 🙂

I usually order from the app and drive to pick it up, i ran alittle early today and ended up sitting in the parking lot so I didn’t clog the drive thru. Ethan came out and asked what we ordered, after heading back inside for a minute as we are about to head through the drive thru to pick up the order Ethan comes out carrying the food and brings it to the car. He read over the order to make sure it was all there and headed back in. Specially with the heat outside today him going out of his way to bring the food out and make sure it was all there was very much worth praise. Well done Ethan! Thank you for the amazing service!
