This place sucks!!! No wonder I have not ordered from them in over 2 years. Driver tried to hand me the wrong order. Half my order was wrong when it is clearly printed on the receipt. Pan pizza was way under cooked. Never again!!! Why should it be mandated to pay people minimum wage when they can’t even get a fast food order right!?!?!?!

Order was incorrect regarding the sauce on the pizza. Also compared to other pizza huts this one does give you the full dinner box. The first customer service agent at the store who answer phones was nice up until she realized I wasn’t happy with the quality. She then became very rude and trying to argue about my thoughts on the quality. So I asked for a manager who was very timid and shy like. She spoke so quietly as well. She told me there is nothing they are willing to do regarding the quality issues and the fact they’re misleading the portion sizes. Very disappointed

We dined in @ 4:20 p.m. on 10/10/25 & ordered a large 5 topping pizza @$15.99 and it was aweful.The appearance of the pizza was very dry, you couldn’t taste the pepperoni, from the vegtables ( onions, mushrooms, hamberger etc.) The crust was good but it should have had butter on it. It was a terrible experience as the Hut was the GOAT @ one time. Please don’t waste your hard earned money on this food, because it’s not worth it. Trust me!

This place needs better management. The staff are paying around while they have full house. They state that the pizza takes 15 minutes to make but for some reason they made 3 pizzas for me in less than 5 minutes. The pizza was so disgusting. I feel bad for my kids because they had some of that and I had to take it away from them. What a waste of pizza (all of it went to the garbage)

Definitely didn’t order a pepper on my pizza. Is it that hard to put only the toppings I order? Or to look at the pizza to make sure its right before you cook it or box it. That big green piece didn’t stand out to anyone but me? Either way I don’t like peppers and the first bite has one. Seems like none of the restaurants/food places can get a to go order right. Or any order for that matter. The rest of the pizza was alright, nothing great or even good. Going somewhere else next time for sure though.

So now I know there’s nothing at this pizzahut for me. I used to like your food. Now it’s just all bad. After seeing other reviews I fear other people have never had actual good food before.

Ordered wings, they were tiny, and missing one. Called resturant, they insisted on sending out a new set with all the wings and asked that I return the uneaten ones. So my families meal was cd as they waited for delivery of new wings. Unheard of, bad bad customer service. We will not be back

This location does an excellent job at providing speed with great service. Pizza is always hot and they make sure your order was correct.
I live fairly close to this location and order from here frequently. Have not had a bad experience yet and the staff are always happy when I am there.
