So this was our first visit. The food, what wasn’t out of stock was excellent. The service was also top notch. Even better they offer a 15% veterans discount. The taste was as good or better than steak and shake. The prices also about the same. Why didn’t I give them 5 stars. Out of onion rings and tator tots. 1/2 the beverages were out.

Hey Fast Foodies, stopped in today to finally check in hype in these burgers. Man…. this place didn’t disappoint. The burgers were hot and juicy, the topping were fresh and delicious. The fries were good but that made too order that they advertised couldn’t be so because the fries were cool and over fried. Other than that, this place is a definite a RTS(RETURN TO SPOT).

I ordered delivery through the Freddy’s app almost a month ago. They outsourced their delivery through DoorDash, which was perfectly fine. The Dasher I was assigned got a flat tire and I didn’t receive my food for 2 1/2 hours. They sent a new person to pick it up and when he picked it up it was ice cold. No one thought to remake the meal. I contacted DoorDash for a refund because clearly I wasn’t eating that and they told me they couldn’t refund me because Freddy’s took my payment information so they wouldn’t have to refund me. I was then told that they notified this location to provide me a refund in full on that same day. It is now three weeks later I have not received a refund, I have emailed Freddy’s Corporate with no response, and I have tried to call the store number several different times and it is always a quick busy signal. I don’t understand why you would have a store number if no one is going to answer the phone. Granted it is not just Freddy’s fault, it is also Doordash‘s, but the customer service that I’m receiving on both ends is horrific.

This was some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted so kindly, and the food was great as well. I want to specifically mention Jaquaria (I hope I spelled that correctly). If she is not already in a leadership position, she absolutely deserves one, or at least a raise. She has exceptional customer service skills and was kind enough to suggest food options for my son. She remained friendly and attentive throughout our entire meal. People like her deserve recognition for the positive energy they bring.
The rest of the staff was equally amazing and kind. I observed how hard everyone was working while also keeping everything clean between customers. Even though they stayed busy, they still took the time to stop and help customers whenever something was needed.
We live a bit farther away, but we will definitely be back purely because of the outstanding service. What was supposed to be a quick in and out meal turned into a genuinely sweet experience, especially for my son, who was so happy. Thank you so much!

The young lady assisting me today was great, I did the drive through so I cant speak on atmosphere. I decided to give this place a try as I’d never been to one. Unfortunately, this is probably due to inflation but I could not justify the money I paid vs what I received. I ordered a single bacon combo and paid $12.14. It came with the shoe string fries, the burger, and what they call a medium coke (its a large to me). The burger was FLAT, I guess I expected it to be more of a star of the show given the price being $11.19 for the meal. I asked for no pickles so I had a flat burger with mustard, onions, and thin microwave bacon pieces. The shoe string fries were fresh and hot so they were good. The drink was either a 24 or 32 oz so pretty big. I was going to get a scoop of custard on a cone but this was going to cost an extra $4 for a small cone so I decided against it. The food just wasnt worth the price tag.
I grew up in an era where fast food was convenient as well as inexpensive. For the price of this meal, I surely could’ve went to aldis and bought all the ingredients to include real thick cut bacon, and paid less than $12 per person by the end with more appetizing food. This place is a teenagers paradise, somewhere to spend the money for people with no bills.

We came around 9:00 at night on a Thursday. Had no issues with service, as the employees were professional and polite. However, they were out of mushrooms for the prime steak burger and didn’t have any tater tots. Our food was made fresh and tasted great, my kids enjoyed the fry sauce with their fries. Some of the lettering on the Drive thru window was beginning to peel and fade, and the windows in general looked like they hadn’t been washed in a while. I would definitely go back, if I happen to be hungry and near that location again.

I went to the Washington Rd location today March 4th around 2:55 pm .. I was standing in the lobby checking out the menu deciding what I wanted to eat and was completely disgusted out and walked out . The young gentleman that is working today with the headset on was standing behind the counter just playing with his hair . He had his hands all in his hair and was twisting his hair and rubbing his scalp .. behind a counter in the kitchen is absolutely disgusting.. We ate here when they first opened and it was okay but crowded, my favorite burger place was closed Monday so we figured we should give Freddy’s another shot.
I’m glad we did!
The service was great, the burger delicious, fries and onion rings were fresh and crispy. I got a chocolate brownie concrete (think Blizzard) and it was perfect.
I’ll definitely be back!
