Amazing food! The gentleman working was warm and welcoming, making jokes and even giving us a free sample falafel while we waited. My husband had a falafel wrap, and I had a gyro. Both were incredible! The portions were generous and filling. Very impressed with the food & people at this establishment. Highly recommend!

I was visiting Fairbanks and searched up halal food near me. This place popped up and I was not disappointed. I got the chicken shawarma, fries, and tots and it was great. The customer service was even greater. Murad was the worker, gave us recommendations, and took our order. We even had a good conversation. Safe to say if you’re looking for halal food in Fairbanks, this is the place to go.

I have never written a review before, but after a few trips to this stand, I felt compelled.
The food is delicious, every time. I’ve tried the falafel and gyro, the tots and the fries, and it’s all extremely tasty. Considering what the fries and tots are, a compliment to the main dish at a falafel stand, they are always perfectly cooked, and very good. This owner is very proud to serve good food.
That’s not just evident in the food, but in how happy he is every time me and my girlfriend come. He always makes jokes with us, tells us our food is $200, very friendly, and even handed us free falafel while we waited for our food once, which is always fast anyways. A place worthy of your money.

Absolutely stunning experience. The owner was probably the most enthusiastic person I’ve ever seen in a restaurant in Alaska, and the passion he had for his food and serving customers was very evident. The food was also incredible. I had the Gyro and my wife had the chicken shawarma, it was one of the better gyros I’ve ever had (and I used to live in Europe). He even talked us into trying some spicy garlic sauce that he made, gave some free samples, and now that’s going to be my go-to for sauce, it was fabulous. 10/10 Service 10/10 Food, 10/10 Atmosphere.

Love this place!! The handmade falafel is excellent – everything I’ve had there is delicious, but the falafel really is the best in town. He also has great customer service – quick, incredibly friendly and kind, and often gives out free samples (and doggie treats). You and your dog will both love it!!

This place makes some of the best Shawarma I’ve eaten have never been lest unsatisfied.
Drive thru is definitely a unique choice but I feel it adds to the charm and sould of the food. The guy who makes the food is super friendly. If you want good food that fills the gut heart and soul.

Walked up to this place when it was around 30° and was helped no problem. Came today in -22° and was very disappointed to find the worker/owner blatantly ignored me. Very shocked after the good service last time, and then all the reviews saying amazing customer service from him. I stood there for 10 minutes before walking off. He could have at least told me he wouldn’t serve a walk up, instead of giving me dirty looks.
I did not lie about visiting your establishment, I am new to town and visited 12/14/25 at 4:30pm and stood there until 4:50.
I have since spoken to the owner and discussed the misunderstanding, I look forward to being back soon for more good food!

Delicious Mediterranean food by Mr. Murad, if my palate was a boxing ring, then Gyro&More Falafel is fighting Aurora for the title and winning the rounds. The chicken shwarmas are juicy and the falafels are must have.
