Pretty standard food for a taco bell, but when we walked in there was a thin smoke haze that really added to the atmosphere of the establishment. Also, got some free food cause someone didn’t want their’s. Excellent service.

Always excellent food and the staff is always generous with servings, they never shortcut. While they did make an error on my order, they corrected and gave my son a coupon for a free taco upon request.
The manager was rather rude, seeing as it was their mistake, but the gal at the window is an absolute doll. I do also enjoy that they let their staff express themselves! This is my home Taco Bell and I visit frequently, they usually get it right on the first try.

I visited this Taco Bell on 2/15/2026. Mandy and her crew were very friendly, prompt and accurate. I will definitely be a returning customer! Mexican Pizza was the best I’ve had in years!!

I mainly use the drive-thru when I go to this Taco Bell. The order taker and the people at the window have always been very nice. The drive-thru menu is great if you’re ordering a regular combo meal. If you’re wanting one of the specials or boxes it’s not exactly clear what is available or what you get. You can’t see the menu until you get to the order speaker. You don’t really get any time to peruse the menu before you are asked to order. In general the service is very good. The food is typical Taco Bell but on the better side.

We stopped so I didn’t have to cook late at night. The food was as expected. The drive thru seemed a bit faster than normal, we didn’t receive the napkins or sauce packets that they had asked me did I need some. So by the time we headed home we were a bit messy and ate bland seasoned food. But we were filled so, I can’t complain there. We are in our car so I didn’t get the “atmosphere”. Much cleaner parking lot than other areas (see other post).

Continuously either missing items or they are made wrong AND THEY DONT CARE! THIS PLACE NEEDS SHUT DOWN PERMANENTLY!!!! I get mistakes happen, but when its on almost every order its obvious that its due to poor management and lack of training or caring.

You could barely hear the guy over the speaker, the older lady was hateful. We told him 2 chips and cheese, im use to checking to make sure and we only had one so when we told her she was incredibly rude saying it only rang up as one and that it was on us even though it looked correct on the screen outside. We ordered two large freezes and they BARELY filled them up, there was a quarter of the cup missing. Terrible service. Wish they’d compensate for their terrible performance. It was hideous.
ON TOP of all of the above, the meat was bland and not even seasoned. Everything was cold, including the nacho cheese sauce! Its not that hard to fill up a cup or keep food hot!

I stopped in here on a road trip to get me some tacos. Unfortunately they broke my taco in half and made it a double tostada. Let me tell you that double tostada got all over that U-Haul truck RIP U-Haul truck. Secondly they only filled my strawberry freeze up 7/8 of the way. If you’re going to overcharge for a drink it should at least be filled up all the way. Next time I stop in here on a road trip to Tennessee I’ll check my food and drink before I leave.

Manager did NOT know what a chalupa was and told me the crispy cantina taco was a chalupa. And she instantly instigated a situation needs new cooks. New management and new customer service. Cooperate definitely got a phone call.
