I was really excited to try this place because I love Colombian food. My friend who is Colombian, referred this restaurant. Unfortunately, the service completely ruined the experience.
When the server came to the table she immediately spoke Spanish. I politely explained I don’t speak Spanish and that I’m not Hispanic (I’m actually Asian), and she rolled her eyes at me. The food took a while but was actually delicious.
After eating, I wanted a to-go box but didn’t know how to ask, so I showed Google Translate saying “may I have a to go box please.” She looked at it, laughed, and walked away, only bringing the check.
I understand language barriers happen, but I felt uncomfortable and profiled. My friend was also really disappointed and embarrassed for recommending. The food was good, but we both won’t be coming back.

The arepas are simply spectacular, and just like the rest of the food, everything is absolutely delicious and of excellent quality. But without a doubt, what makes this place truly special is the manager’s attention: always attentive, kind, and genuinely committed to providing the best experience.
It would be wonderful if the TVs showed more images or videos of our beautiful Colombian regions, along with Colombian music, to make the atmosphere even more authentic and connected to our roots.

Me and my sister were famished so we stopped in for a quick bite and we loved it! Very clean, great service and delicious food. I was pleasantly suprised because this was my first visit and I didn’t know what to expect but it surely will not be my last. I highly recommend this place.

I asked for a mimosa, ten minutes passed the attendant came over said did not have my drink, I settled for a white wine instead (bad choice) terrible taste I left it on thw table, I asked for a costeña for lunch after another ten or minutes the attendant came to say had no tuna for my order. I told the attendant not to bring me anything I was afraid of another “We don’t have”. Did even offered me a gratuity anything for the inconvinience. So I was just drinking water while watching my boyfriend eating his traditional paisa which he said it was ok, but no flavored they did not had the berries lemonade drink he asked so he ordered coconut lemonade which all he tasted was lemon. This place will never see us back and will never recommend. So Bad experience.

This was my first time ever going to a Columbian restaurant I was super excited about eating their I ordered over the phone biste con cebollas told her 3 times even confirmed the amount of sides that the dish comes with to drive 20 mins to pick up my food to drive 20 mins back to work and was given an entire different order . I called back letting the restaurant know that I was given the incorrect food and I would like a refund. They told me that I didn’t need to bring the food back so I threw it in the trash. I was informed that there’s no manager on shift that day and I would have to wait till the following day the following day I had to call the restaurant, even though I was told that they would call me once the supervisor gets there at 10 o’clock. I ended up waiting a whole hour then called them and was informed that the manager is not in today to give her a call directly. I called the manager Anhelica and was told they cannot refund me my money because “ It’s my responsibility to check my bag” mind you I confirmed my order twice over the phone ! Yet was given the wrong plate and I am the one who got penalized and was told I can’t get a refund . I would never recommend such a horrible place to anyone these employees have no customer service at all …. I should’ve know based off the empty dinning area ….DO NOT EVER COME HERE FOOD LOOKS NASTY SMELLS NASTY AND SERVICE IS HORRIBLE.

Drove over 4 hours from north Florida, stopped by to eat typical Colombian food, if you call it that! Ordered Grilled Chicken, instead I got the left overs because a half of half less that 3 inch long grilled chicken, beans mostly water, a quarter of avocado, plantain cooked yesterday. Nothing was fresh. Spoke to Mr. Luis and was told, since you eat then pay, I never said I would not pay, its the lack of respect “did you eat it your food”, I said Im tired from driving most of the day. I was then charged for a full meal, $25.00 for a smaller plate smaller than a kids meal. The waitress told me we barely have any food left, then close down and serve the correct portions like most restaurants around the area.

A truly disappointing experience. Prices are completely overrated for what they offer: the food lacked flavor and the plate was mostly chips and fries instead of real quality ingredients. Preparation also took far too long, which made the experience even worse.
I should have read the reviews beforehand because they clearly don’t deliver on expectations or promises. This kind of service and quality needs to be addressed by management.
Definitely not recommended.
