Came in the evening so there was no line in the drive way. The food came out somewhat quickly but it was cold and I was less than 5 min away from where I was staying. When I asked for a custom order I was told it couldnt be done even though I have had it done at other locations. It’s a little more expensive than other fast food places that in my opinion was not worth it, so probably won’t be going back here

On Sunday, November 9th, I visited the restaurant. They offered me the new burger, but I wanted to use the app, though I couldn’t. The cashier, Jennifer, was very kind and tried to help, but she wasn’t successful either, so she decided to call the manager, Zuquey. Zuquey managed to help me, even though she was very busy cooking. She politely told me she had a lot of orders and it would take a little while, but they would try to get the food out as quickly as possible, and they did. My order was very well done: fresh fries and perfectly cooked, hot burgers. We were very happy with the service and the place. I give the manager a 10/10, the kitchen staff a 10/10, and of course, the cashier a 10/10. Even though there were only three of them, they did a great job. I hope they value these workers, since it seems like the restaurant either doesn’t have enough staff or doesn’t want to hire more people, which makes it look like labor exploitation. The good thing about all this is that the few people they have are very hardworking, so they should value their employees. Congratulations! My family and I will be back very soon, we were pleased with the service.

Today I had such a wonderful experience. When they took my order, they made sure to tell me that my order would take a while and I was surprised because even though there one was only person in front, running around and tending to everything. I saw she would go to the back, go to the front and tried to get my order as fast as possible. When I did receive my order, it was fresh. The tenders were amazing, the fries were on point, the hamburgers were warm and made well. Even though there were a lot of customers and very little employees working, my family and I were stuck in shock. They asked us if we needed anything, even when busy. The manager, Zuquey, is very professional and I will be returning. The cashier, Saul, also was attentive. I wish the company had more employees like that and hopefully they recognize their hard work. I give them a 10/10 in service, fFoo, and they fufilled all my expectations. I will continue going back to that restaurant. Out of all the restaurants I have visted throughout the week, this one was the best of them all. Thank you and congratulations

On November 30th 6PM the manager Letty who was working the drive thru kept taking the food from the customers in the lobby and giving it to those in the drive thru. I heard her tell the Cashier Jennifer that she was stealing my spicy chicken to give it to her drive thru that had been waiting for 15 minutes. I was waiting for 22 minutes and Jennifer told ger manager this. The manager responded with an attitude and even went to the extent of getting in her face and insulting her in front of all of us waiting. There must have been 5 customers in the lobby, all waiting over 15 minutes because the manager letty kept grabbing our food to give to her drive thru. The manager is very disrespectful to everyone. The public and her team.

Burgers. My sister and I both got a Famous Star (mine with cheese) after not having one for what feels like months and months. Extra mayo plz.

Oh my goodness. I really got in the spirit there (gobble gooble gone). I remember now why I could never be a vegetarian.

A fee more times. And with the extra mayo,
It is the bomb!

Yep, who cares about calories? Who cares if it’s not healthy? Not me, not today.
By the way, the fries are history before the burger got unleashed.



Repeat customer got the double stack Super Star… whatever it’s called. My son was super happy.

I got the chocolate shake, and my daughter got the cinnamon bun. The joy or a late meal and snack….

I don’t know what happened to Carl’s Jr?? I was there on March 11, 2025 and splurged on a $14.00 combo meal; the famous star, small fry and a coffee. The hamburger was t.e.r.r.i.b.l.e! I got nausea before I even finished the burger – I set it down and couldn’t eat the rest of it. The Fry’s were great and the coffee was not a great brand and kinda weak but oh well.
I kind of felt cheated on the meal. $14 for basically a small fry and a coffee because I really couldn’t finish the hamburger.. Anyhow – my bigger disappointment was the lack of sanitation in the Restaurant! It was my first time there and as soon as I entered it was obvious to me that the Restaurant needed a really good deep-cleaning. There was grease film everywhere! On the counters, the floors, the walls, the signs by the register, the tables, the table-seats. Everywhere you looked there was muck and grease films and finger prints, and just an overall unsanitized vaneer throughout the restaurant. I should have left as soon as I noticed that but I did not and of course I regretted it. Of course I will not return- of course not, but that doesn’t mean the restaurant managers should elude the responsibility of having a sanitized eatery. I don’t understand why anyone would allow this to happen?? I guess it depends on how you were raised, what your parents demonstrated to you when you were a child, what your upbringing was like. My parents were both very clean and organized Individuals and would NEVER allow unsanitary conditions in our home. There is absolutely no excuse whatsoever for a restaurant to be in this condition. There was even greasy smear marks and finger prints and hand marks all over their various dispensers. No wonder the hamburger was so bad. It was really a disgusting experience. The bathroom for men was like a public restroom; smelly, dirty, insanitary.
