The atmosphere at Acapulco Bay is great it reminds me of a nicer seafood restaurant and the menu is huge! They have buffets some days and the prices are reasonable!
They have the absolute best chicken Alfredo I have ever had, and my toast was cooked to perfection! The club sandwich here is good and hits the spot too! The Drinks are cold and have great flavor!
The service is family friendly and astoundingly excellent! I would highly, HIGHLY recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a casual dining experience with very good food.
Great go-to for a date night or passing through while traveling. We will definitely make a stop here again!

Ate at Acapulco Bay and the food was real good. Chips and salsa came out fresh and my plate was hot and full of flavor, not bland at all. Portion was big enough that I took some home for later. Place was clean, staff was friendly, and I would gladly come back when I am craving Mexican food.

I ordered an omelet. Disappointed it came as a dry flat scrambled egg folded with meat and veggies inside – bland. Not an omelet. Too many raw jalapeño slices. The fried sauteed potatoes were not soft – still hard. The French toast was very dry.
Suggestion: Bring back the cowboy breakfast.

The menu here is huge! There are options for every appetite and craving. The inside is surprisingly spacious and well setup. The service is fast and courteous. They serve all day breakfast with pages of options. This was a pleasant surprise. I was able to have breakfast, dinner and dessert all in one plate with the banana split waffle. It was fantastic! This place is definitely worth checking out.

Thought a 13 dollar breakfast burrito would be the best around unfortunately the eggs were burnt and it ruined the whole thing. Tortilla and beans were good and tasted fresh. Their waffles were good. We will give them another chance to see if it was a one off thing.

Just had one of the best meals ever. I had a fajita bowl and my husband had gorditas, as an appetizer we had bacon wrapped, jalapeno peppers.DELICIOUS. Our server was very polite and friendly, great service too. If you are ever travel through fort Morgan, CO, stop in. We have found a new place to stop on our travels.

Consistently awesome. Love the updated look. The breakfast burritos are still my absolute favorite. A little extra Tabasco on top, and it is just wonderful. Rarely a wait. Good service. Fairly priced. Bar looks to be pretty well stocked, if that’s your thing.

We used to like their food. But the last few times it was bad. Overtime it has slowly changed becoming inconsistent and the prices keep going up without improving on the food. Have also had several experiences, mostly on the weekends, where we asked for help and it usually makes no difference. Finally the service, delivery and credit card fees are very high. It’s the price of doing business and they pass that onto their customers.
