i dont normally do this but, i tell them no tomato as it’s a allergy thing, guess what came on my sandwich? tomato. also somehow had the hardest nuggets and soggiest/hard fries possible. they have horrible customer service on top of it. no one speaks to you and if they do they mutter.they also very clearly show they are annoyed with you and your presence at their job.

Ordered on the app. Went to go pick up through drivethrough.. got pulled around with about 6 or 7 other vehicles. To keep theyre numbers up they pull you around the building. By the time I got my food the nuggets was cold and not fresh. The fries was cold. I put the order in in advanced to hope to get the food fresher. I arrived on time.

I went to wendys with full intention on getting chili. I go inside order my chili along with a few other things, paid and was waiting for my food . I had waited 10 minutes to be told there was no prepped chili ready and that it was in the back being ready and that I would receive it soon. I waited another 10 minutes and at this point my other food was just sitting there getting cold I hadn’t even gotten my drink cup that I had paid for yet. Waiting 20 minutes just to be told it would be 2 hours before the chili was ready to be served! I then asked for a refund and the girl told me only her manager could give refunds . I respected that and asked if he could help me in getting my refund. I watched her tell the manager named Andre I needed a refund and he looks at me and says “you need a refund?” I said yes for the food I will not be getting . He stared at me for a minute and then started doing other things and I stood there for another 5 minutes as he watched me stand there and I just had to leave realizing I would not get my money back for their mistake . Rated 2 on my top 3 worst customer service experiences. Do better Wendys! I guess they only hire people who are unqualified for the job .

First manger had drive thru blocked off then went in side by the drive thru window the manager started talk junk bout me loud enough for me to hear her at the front counter then asked for the home office number she walk away to back of the store and all the staff keep leaning up against the counters smiling and wouldn’t answer me

Hi, second time I visited the Morehead City Wendy’s and was so disappointed in the service. Made an order, $18.55. Received order, 4 cold burgers, cheese and buns cold as if just taken from the refrigerator. Drove again to the window, and explained. Manager, took items, stating they would be corrected. Waited only to receive 4 burgers, not freshly cooked, but wrapped in hamburger wrappers, placed in the microwave and then double wrapped in the foil wrapper which the baconnator comes in. Called to state second mishap with food, only to be told by manager, I’m sorry, bye. Don’t know if I will go there again. Right now it’s a NO.
