This was my first time at this location. The young lady by the name of Bri made my drink. She forgot my caramel drizzle, but she was very nice about it, she apologized and remade the drink and oh my God when I tell you, this was the best match I have ever tasted I mean she made it just right. Her customer service was amazing. I will definitely be back. We need more barista‘s like Bri good job girlie.

Normally drive-through doesn’t disappoint, at least for me but less than half liquid and the remaining ice and whip cream in a Venti size cup? I understand cutting costs but really? I found this location yesterday, Saturday. Even though I live in Cedar Hill I didn’t know this location existed and I needed somewhere to work that wasn’t at home. This was the perfect spot. I was able to work on my book for a couple of hours and have a cup of coffee and enjoy the scenery. This location is beautiful. All the employees were very kind. The location was quiet. I even met a nice gentleman while he was working, had casual conversation in between both of us working. I’m sure I’ll be back again when I need another place to get this book completed other than being at home. I didn’t have food I just ordered a medium regular coffee to perk me up to get the edits done. Let’s just say the coffee was doing what it needed to do.. thanks for a great experience..

Ordered at the drive through an iced sugar cookie breve and got flavored milk. Went back around to ask for them to fix it and they said I should’ve ordered a latte, that I could get a replacement and they’ll just charge me the difference but I had already paid $8 for my drink. I told them on the app it says it comes with 2 shots of espresso and they ended up remaking it correctly. This is the only Starbucks that consistently messes up drinks and the only one I’ve had to reach out to customer service for refunds in the past after they refuse to fix drinks.

The opening crew at this Starbucks location deserve a round of applause. They’re alway so quick and pleasant to be around in the morning. (Especially when I’m exhausted and non-verbal) They always greet you and wish you the best as you conquer the day ahead you. This morning, they were experiencing system issues, but Martin the barista went out of his way to ensure my drink was made correctly. Best Starbucks location in DFW.

Drinks were so horrible, my pink drink didn’t have any flavor other than the coconut milk and a few strawberries, my kids drink didn’t have any flavor and tasted all like water, I only asked for two of my three drinks to be remade , YES I did ask for water instead of lemonade but all I got was colored water and a few strawberries when I took the drink in to have them remake it the girl in the pink colored hair said we asked for water when I told her yes I did but I always order it that way and never had any problems with it, she made a face and did a slight huff, she did not seem to like the idea that I was complaining about the drinks and requesting a remake, im only giving two start because the other young ladies seem like they have good customer service. It was the girl with the pink hair that needs a customer service course. Definitely will not be going back I rather go to Dutch bros where I should have went now I see why they were slow, that girl was rude as heck.

Ordered a Carmel salted cold brew and forgot to order extra cream. It was 5 minutes before closing. I asked the young lady with purple hair to add it to my order when I got to the window. She said no, they are about close and already put everything up. How long does it take to get cream? Plus the brew did not taste like it normally does and they put a few pieces of ice so it wasn’t cold. I wish I hadn’t of tipped her. I should’ve gotten a refund. Smh

I been Drinking Carmel Frap for years and for some reason at this location the frap taste like sugar and water, I have address the situation several times but this morning the only thing the can offer is for me to pay extra for a shot to make my Frapp better!
