This review is of the 12 St location in Ogden. Service was great! Staff were friendly. Despite being the Grand Opening at this location with over 50 customers in line, my order was completed quickly and accurately.
Atmosphere was simple and clean. Menu was fairly easy to read and not overwhelming.
I had the Spinach, feta and pesto breakfast wrap that was delicious. My only disappointment was that the breakfast wrap was on the ‘small’ side. I was hoping it would be twice the size that it was.
Also, I spent the night outside for the Grand Opening, after being told by employees we’d get a FREE smoothie every DAY for a year, we finally get inside to be told it’s only one smoothie a WEEK! ☹️
It’s a new and welcome change from the other smoothie chains, offering breakfast choices along with good smoothies. Prices were roughly $5.50 up to $13 from what I saw. Yes, I’d go again!

My wife ordered a scrambled egg sausage quasadila. My idea of a quasadila is cheese, meat and such in a lightly grill shell. My wife’s was almost black. My sandwich was cold. When we tried to use the app, it gave us nothing but errors on both our phones. Good luck using our points. We won’t be going back there food or anything else in the near future. It might have been an off night, but we were the only ones in the place at 5:49pm. Guess I should have seen that as a sign.

I was excited when I saw 4.5 stars, and I love the Logan, UT location that one should be 5 stars. However after driving 20+ miles on National Smoothie Day 06/21 to order in Ogden. I was extremely disappointed. First they turned me away from going in despite the open sign clearly lit as pictured. So I went to the drive thru. I knew with the wind they couldn’t hear me. No big deal. I hand them my phone to see my app order.
Somehow inspite of seeing everything on my app. They tried to charge me $23 instead of the $20 including tip my app showed. They said I ordered the Turkey bacon ranch (hate turkey) instead of Chicken Bacon Ranch. I ended up leaving with nothing, and I’m still way hungry. I wasted over 40 miles of gas to get nothing. Doubt I’ll return to the Ogden location.

Very disappointed in our customer service today. We have been going to the pleasant view location since they opened. We go so often that they have told us when we buy 2 of the same smoothie to always ask for the extra to be put in an extra cup. Today when we did so they told us no because they have no way to charge us??? What! we’ve been told to do this. We asked to talk to manager about it and the young kid we’ve never seen before gave us attitude and laughed at us.. We will not be going back.

Have gone thru and their open sign is just turned off hours before close, and when I pointed it out to staff they said “oh we like to hide in the back”. Locked the doors an hour before closing and ignores you when you’re knocking on the door and refuses to hand you your “in store pickup” order unless you come thru the drive thru. Super unprofessional and inconsistent.

I’ve had several orders that were wrong. One was for a Veggie Hummus wrap – they added chicken when I did not request it. The other was for a Detox Island Green – pretty sure there was no ginger or banana. It literally tasted like green nothing. I went home and put it in my blender and added a banana.
