We ordered a new item it looked good on the board, 2pk chicken bacon chalupa. Worst mistake ever. They were so burnt up and hard and so tiny and just tasted burnt no flavor and totally not worth $6.50 that’s a joke and it looks nothing like what’s on the picture false advertisement. Terrible and not any kind of value or even edible. Spent so much money to have a couple tacos and I’m still hungry. This is the world of fast food these days.

This location has gone downhill and is never consistent. Tonight our chili cheese burritos had a drop of filling, it was pathetic. You have to buy 5 items to get full. $3.50 for a tortilla with sauce, and a couple meat & cheese flakes is basically what I got.

I can tell this place was either bought out by a very cheap person, or the management is different. It used to be really good, now, I go there and I feel like I’m skimped on everything I get! I got a crunch wrap, and it was the thinnest Crunchwrap I’ve ever seen. It was all tortilla, I got two orders of rice that was half full, which I’ll include a pic of because are you kidding me? The cheese cups for nachos and cheese are barely half full now. The soft tortillas I’ve noticed are usually stale, and not soft anymore. It’s really disappointing, we spent $40 on our order and I feel like half was missing considering how the portions are. I tried to call them, and it rang a few times and hung up.

I am 100% guilty of digging on some Taco Bell. And this one is run better than most. The head honcho is friendly and attentive. The food is prepared with care. They keep it clean. People that work here have been consistently nice.

If you can avoid this place, go to another Taco Bell. Service is horrible! They don’t know how to speak to the customer! Rude, arrogant, talk to you like you are stupid. Will not be bringing my business here! I’ve never had this aftertaste from any other fast food place!

It’s not easy to earn 5 stars, let alone a review from me, but this place is always consistent for the last 2 years whenever I order from online for pick-up. Today was significant though because I arrived a little early for the bag and the gentleman behind the counter came out with it after a couple minutes and first words out were “Mac! Extra chicken right?” head nod. I knew then that these cantina tacos were made with extra tender care and packed with hot rotisserie succulence.. Almost as if the yo quiero chihuahua ordered them personally. I always make customization’s and they always deliver on every one. Today was a showcase. Thank you to the crew who feeds me lunch, dinner, and on occasion a shameful ride home.

the manager at this location is amazing! we started going to different taco bell’s around where we live but we chose to drive the extra 15 minutes just because of the manager. she is the sweetest person ever & always has a smile on her face!
