At first our order was wrong. We ordered venti vanilla sweet cream cold brew with a shot of espresso and a grande brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso. He gave us both grande we asked for it to be fixed and the gentleman was very nice and admitted that it was his fault he put order in wrong which is why I am giving them two stars,but even after”fixing” our order the venti was extremely sweet with no shot of espresso and there is little to no oatmilk or brown sugar in the shaken espresso.

Requested a very light ice due to cold sensitivity and I get this same drink like 4-5x a week and they keep messing it up. Light ice means light ice but they put lots of ice all the time. Ugh. Hope u listen to customers’ request for once.

Had a very disappointing experience today.
I politely let the manager, Allyiah, know that my drink was made incorrectly and simply asked if it could be fixed. Her response was overly upbeat in tone, but the message was unexpectedly negative — she implied I was being disrespectful and told me that if I “continued that behavior” I would be asked to leave.
I was calm and kind the entire time, and I definitely wasn’t trying to cause an issue — just wanted the drink I paid for. The dismissive, passive-aggressive way my concern was handled made me feel uncomfortable and accused of something I did not do.
Mistakes happen, but customer service matters in how those mistakes are addressed. I hope the training here improves so customers aren’t treated this way when they bring up a simple request.

I just ordered a hot bacon and eggs breakfast sandwich with a cappuccino and use the drive-through down the road. I came to realize that my sandwich was frozen in the middle so I had to turn around and walk in the store making me late for work and wanted to switch for a croissant because I didn’t wanna eat that anymore since it was frozen and they were out of croissants. They only had chocolate croissants. I decided to just the sandwich I ordered and down the street I realize that my cappuccino was only filled halfway and cold, horrible experience.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations. I come here often, and it’s always a great experience. The employees are very friendly, welcoming you at the door with a smile and a greeting. The atmosphere is clean and inviting, and the service is excellent. I love this Starbucks location and definitely recommend it! And their matcha is the best!

I have been coming to the Starbucks every month for the last 5 years when I travel on business. The girls here are great as they now know me by name. They know my drink and they make do a great job making it. they have the comfortable lounge chairs that you can sit and read the paper while you drink your coffee in the morning which I like. They keep it nice and clean and it has a great view of the morning sun coming up. I highly recommend visiting it

I’m hesitant to write a negative review, but this place truly deserves it. This Starbucks location has the rudest staff I’ve ever encountered. They’re consistently snappy and condescending. My server, Katie, was visibly angry from the moment she took my order. When I asked for my receipt, she snapped at me, telling me to get it on the app. When I requested a physical copy, she became even angrier. Her condescending response was followed by more rudeness when I inquired about the details of my drinks. To make matters worse, my order consisted of two drinks, but I only received one. The manager on duty eventually brought me the second drink, but not before displaying another nasty attitude.

Today me and my daughter ordered a mint Majesty tea with two honeys. Upon ordering at the end the employee…. Let’s just say you can hear the eye roll through the speaker… However, once getting our drinks they even wrote as requested. Charlie this was a great experience! Especially with everything going on. And with Starbucks and Chicago Illinois being closed due to their inappropriate note or another customers order.

Incredibly well positioned location, the staff overall are making every single guest, welcomed, with a smile as well as in the drive through, you can sense the smiling greet, outside seating are perfect for the fall or cooler days to enjoy your cup of coffee or a refresher to have a small chat, they even have their social area for bringing pets, pupuccino, upon request, even if you only want a cup of water, the staff will gladly provide it, the indoor seating is superb as it offers comfortable and luxurious seating set up
