This Burger King must be under new management. This is what a burger is supposed to look like. The seating area was cleaned and our food was made fresh. I have a gluten allergy as well, and the front lady immediately said I will make sure to have them change gloves. Great job

This burger king was the absolute worst. The service was lacking, the food was cold. My burger patty didn’t even fit three quarters of the bun and I ordered a junior whopper with cheese. The cheese was nowhere melted.Because it was put on a cold burger patty. The cheesy bacon tots tasted like they were cooked in burnt oil or they were just sitting too long in the oil.
The tables had not been cleaned.The floors were not swept, the bathrooms smelled. I went there with 3 other people. And they all thought the same thing.

I was charged for some random (much more expensive) order and told my order was just “lost”. You’d think this kinda situation would warrant a coupon or something of the sorts. I left with no food after finally getting refunded. Accidents happen but no recovery was made to keep me as a customer. I’ve been getting Burger King weekly for years! Now that I have moved recently and am stuck with the orchard mesa Burger King I will no longer be getting any Burger King. Feels sad to even write this, but if you are going to completely waste my time, and offer me nothing in return I will not offer my patronage.

We just ordered from here. The guy who took our order was so rude. He definitely hated his job. We got out food and went back to the counter to get sauce and we saw the guy making food without gloves. Come on now dude. We threw our entire 46 dollars worth of food away and left.

I came to this location this evening to order food for the family, this place was a joke! We waited for over thirty minutes for our order and the order was incomplete. Then i had to go back in to get the rest of the order. When I finally got the order home it was inedible. So that was 40 dollars down the drain.
