Today i went to shake shack and Ordered a double cheeseburger and a double shake burger, two fries and a large lemonade which came up to about $42 . I asked for a cup of ice and they told me they charge $1.50 for the cup . I walked over to Chick-fil-A and ask them for a cup of ice and they gave it right to me and I did not order from them. So I’m just here to say go to Chick-fil-A instead of shake shack OK cause why am I spending my money and can’t even get a couple ice SMH

Was stuck at the airport all day! Shake shack employees were extra kind to customers and their peers. They were encouraging each other to work efficiently in a respectful manner. Despite being extremely busy they were still beyond kind to us!

Best place to eat at the airport, in my opinion, especially since they serve burgers and fries for breakfast. Food is made fresh and has been delicious both times I’ve ordered. Staff is also very kind, which isn’t always the norm for airport locations.

Had the shake stack & fries, delicious, this was the place to be, we had to wait for a flight. Airport “dinning room “ is a little dirty, there was a line, but 5 min. fresh, tasty, hot burger & fries… by the way super good!

Chaotic. Very disinterested staff. My burger was ready and waiting but no one to put it in the bag and hand over. They don’t change gloves after cleaning. Very unhygienic. No kiosk ordering as well. Worst shake shack!

This location seemed very well-run for an airport location. Early in the morning, everything was very neatly organized and well-stocked. The bteakfast menu was posted out where it was easy to see. Service was fast and friendly.
