Subs that stand out for their fresh-sliced meats and bold flavors. “Mike’s Way” adds the perfect balance of lettuce, tomato, onion, vinegar, and spices, making classics like the Turkey & Provolone and the #13 Italian fan favorites. Prices run higher than some competitors but the quality of ingredients and signature taste keep me coming back. If you’re craving a hearty, flavorful sub, Jersey Mike’s is worth the stop.

We recently ordered the boxed lunches for any staff that wanted to order lunch that day. I called ahead to see what I needed to do. Get the pricing, can they deliver at a certain time, etc…Lee, the General Manager was super helpful! I had many questions. Especially about Gluten free options for a co-worker. He was patient and kind to answer them all. Lee is accommodating and super friendly too! All the staff at the Boiling Springs store are. The subs were on point! So delicious! It came with chips and a cookie. A affordable fun lunch for sure! We all enjoyed it! Thank you Lee and staff for making our day extra special!

I normally love Jersey mikes, today I ordered online. I went and picked up my food, the girl that helped me didn’t know how to give me the points, which I didn’t understand. I took my food, & drove 30 min home to find a sub made the exact opposite of what I ordered. I don’t eat all the veggies or oil/vinegar, & it was loaded with everything. I couldn’t even just pull it off cause it was drenched with the oil & vinegar. So my dog got my 20$ sub. This place is generally good, just remember to check your order.

The Jersey Mikes in boiling springs is the worst. The employees working there literally do not follow simple instructions. You literally have to go on the inside to make sure your food is correct. They made my sandwich I guess how they wanted to make it. Did not put the ingredients I selected they just do whatever. I only go to this one because it’s the closet to my house but I rather go to the location in Spartanburg before this one. Also it’s a newer location, they should have just made this some other restaurant because this has to be the worst location I’ve been to.

One person was waiting on his order and we came in waiting to get our order taken. 3 girls behind counter. 2 other customers came in and got behind us and 1 girl asked them what they wanted we literally were only customers for 5 min.instead of asking us if we’ve been helped yet. Then they sarcastically told us to get behind them to get our order. Definitely these young ladies need to be more respectful and taught real customer service skills. I rarely complain honestly but this place needs better service. One girl was extremely rude and didn’t care that we left. This owner needs to work on their employees behavior towards customers.

Very very greasy sandwich! Bread was insanely soggy. The sneeze-guard glass is WAY TOO TALL! You can’t hear the employees and they definitely can’t hear you. It’s a perfect way to mistakingly make a wrong order. The tablet that you use for your payment was so dirty and disgusting, I wanted to refuse payment. The parking lot is a confusing joke as well. I’m positive we won’t be back

We stopped by this new place, decided with my husband to try something new. This is the best place we have been to in Boiling Springs, instead of the same type of burgers I advise everyone to come here! We really liked number 26 so I recommend it! Very kind staff, everything is clean and fresh products. Definitely my rating is 5+

My husband is 6 ft.2 in and he couldn’t hear the sandwich maker asking us questions when she was making our sandwich. He is not hard of hearing, I m 5 ft. 4 in. and I couldn’t hear her either. I finally leaned my head in more towards the cash register to find out what she was saying. That sneeze guard is too high. On our previous visit we hated your confusing parking lot but we thought you would have the entrance exit problems ironed out by 8/14/25. Sadly it was still awful. We knew we liked our sandwiches from our previous visit so we ordered a Giant Italian to go because your place is way too noisy to sit and enjoy a meal. We don’t live very far from your store. We really looked forward to sharing our sandwich in front of TV when we returned home. We ordered it Mike’s way, which is the way they made it when we had our sandwiches the last time. This time it wasn’t right. It had way too much oil, salt and seasoning. I took a 3 bites and gave up. My husband ate all of his, and had it been good, he would have told me to save the rest of mine for him so he could eat it later. I ended up giving the rest of mine to the dog. If we had eaten in you store and I had taken the first bite of that garbage, I would have taken it right back to the sandwich maker and told her to make the sandwich correctly But we had taken our order to go, so we were screwed. We won’t be back.

Crushed. It.

For a store open a few days, this place nailed the JM brand standard.

It was hopping, and the line moved right through.

They had an efficient battle drill going behind the counter – they knew their job and were helping each other out.

THEY WERE PLEASANT AND FRIENDLY (Take note, BS establishments!! If you look and act like you don’t want to be there, why would I want to be there?!)

Keep the magic going, BSJM!! Glad you’re here!!!

I love Jersey Mike’s. The Philly Cheesesteak is the best I have ever had. I love all your subs, but the Philly is my favorite. So glad to have one in boiling springs.
