My bf and I recently visited for the first time while in town for an extended weekend air b&b stay. Let me start out by saying he is a pretty picky eater and hard to please. We both were impressed with everything! The chips are the freshest we’ve had anywhere! The beef fajitas were so tender and not the kind you have to tear apart to get a bite. The enchiladas were so delicious and a little larger than other places we have been. Everything was so fresh and tasty! I wish we had Mexican food like this around home.

I’ve eaten at many Mexican restaurants across the states, but this one is, by far, the best yet. The food is authentic all the way down to the corn chips. The wait staff was very responsive and polite. The food service was fast during this lunch hour, and prices were reasonable. You won’t be disappointed.

Husband and I had the best experience at Peraltas this morning.. Food was fast, hot and super good… Our waitress named was Lara and she made us feel like she came to work strictly for us.. I even had a nice chat with the cashier on my way out.. All around great visit and definitely will be coming back very soon

I had the pork Guisado Burritos ohhhh so good. Also had half a margarita it was halloween night so they had black salt on the rim and mine had a ghost tooth pick holding the limes. My sister had a bat in hers. Staff was very friendly and welcoming.

When I sat down a little after 4PM, the restaurant had one other table. The other party was a boomer couple who complained about costs, spice, and sent half of what they ordered back to the kitchen. Despite his customers being rude and spiteful each time he walked away, Orlando was courteous and handled the ‘problem table’ with grace. Over the course of my meal, the restaurant filled with dinner guests. Dinner bell in this town is definitely 5PM. The food was delicious. I appreciate your service Orlando! Thank you for a pleasant meal and packing my to-go order!

I was really very impressed with this place. Being that it was out somewhere in a small town that I’m not familiar with, I had low expectations. The chips and salsa were good, and our entrees were delicious! The food also came out of the kitchen amazingly fast. I recommend the pork guisado and the Ixtapa for sure.
