Just an “out-of-towner” (Lakeland, FL) neighbor here to give a shout out to this Dunkin location in Sebastian, FL. We felt we needed to speak up
since a few reviewers experienced some negatives here. Perhaps due to poor management and being short staffed?? We were politely greeted, order taken immediately after the customer ahead of us, and out the door in probably 5 minutes or less. We did not notice a drive through, so we were walk-ins. We also did not do any sort of curbside pick up. That may be where issues occur if management doesn’t have enough staff to properly accommodate that. We also were not there at morning “rush hour”, so that may also have something to do with the more casual and laid back atmosphere versus frantic breakfast on the go, rushing to
work times. There again, that would be management staffing issues.
Overall, great experience at Sebastian, FL Highway 1 location.

THE BEST DUNKIN, EVER.
I’ve been to a lot of Dunkin’s, this one top tier. The people are just who I want to deal with at 7:30am as not a morning person. Everyone in there deserves a raise, shout out to Tasha (best coffee) & Tim (best food)!
It takes a lot to come in before the sun rises and deal with the extremely rude people around here, and still show up and make my morning, almost every morning, and I’m sure so many others in Sebastian.
Mgr- make sure they’re paid well this year – you’ve got a winning team.

Our go to Dunkin’, the coffee is the best. I love the blueberry and hazelnut coffees. I don’t get anything to eat there because the food is so processed and doesn’t taste good. It’s just not worth the calories!

Order a Small iced peppermint siglatfor 4.49 with a donut got the siglat took a sip came back in told Brandon it was gross tasted funny he said what would you like now thinking it was a exchange I said small vanilla hot coffee he said that 3.09 wow! So for the order I paid 7.58 I was very disappointed in his customer service

Every time I order curbside at this Dunkin’ they never bring my order out. I always end up having to go inside anyway, which defeats the purpose. If you’re not going to actually do curbside, don’t offer it. Very frustrating and disappointing.

This is the best Dunkin in all of Indian River County, hands-down! Every time we go here, the food is made perfectly as are the drinks. They always have a good assortment of pastries and donuts even into the afternoon, unlike the Dunkin’s located in Vero Beach. Staff are great too. I just wish it was a drive-thru!

Did curbside pickup. Parked in by the front door with flashers on like the ap says to do. People were literally parking next to me going inside to get there orders and coming back out and leaving while I waited for my two donuts. After ten minutes or so of sitting there I got the kids out of there car seats and walk to the counter and grabbed the bag that said my name on it with a big sticker that said on it curbside pickup. So glad that brought it out to me. The building could also use some new paint.
