I love the pizza!
My favorite in Houston so far!
We tried the margarita and the dream catcher. Amazing.
It is not heavy at all you can eat the whole pizza with no problem.
Fully recommended!

Gypsy Poet was the latest date night stop for my partner and I and it did not disappoint. The pizza was amazing and some of the best we’ve had since our move to Houston. They don’t do much other than pizza and salads. We tried the Sicilian Journe and while I would definitely try it again, every time a pepperoni pizza walked by us I craved one, the pepperoni looked so crispy. The crust on the pizza was excellent .

I would highly recommend taking a seat at the bar if it is available. They have an open kitchen concept with a great view of the pizza oven, o enjoyed watching the pizza bake and the crew on the back working hard from preparing the dough, prepping the pizza and then the oven process.

Parking lot is definitely small and can fill fast so plan ahead and be prepared to walk of needed. The staff was all great and genuinely looked happy to be there and enjoying their work. One pizza is enough for two people but I wish I had ordered two, they only have one size option.

My wife and I tried this spot last min on a Saturday evening. We wanted to check out something different. There was a bit of a line out the door but we decided to wait it out. It was well worth it. We ordered two Pizzas, the Fancy Backpacker and the Dream Catcher. We also got the portobello salad. All three were great. Was surprised at how well tasting the salad was. Very filling, we had plenty for leftovers. The staff was all super friendly as well, we easily found a spot at the bar to eat. We got lucky with parking but I could see why people could be frustrated with limited parking spaces. Overall, this was a great last min date night for us and I could definitely see us coming back very often.

Great service and the pizza is so yummy! I love how it already came with Parmesan and crushed red pepper. Also reasonably priced. Definitely recommend!!! They are Cashless (except for tips)

Spontaneous try and so glad we did! I had a vegan/gluten free pizza with truffle oil and don’t let the appearance fool you, it was quite delicious! I’ve had gluten free crust other places and it’s just not that great (texture-wise it’s usually spongey or hard as a rock). The fresh basil added that extra “umph.” My husband got the Cappellone with the extra toppings and he enjoyed his as well.
Note: the pizzas are all cooked in the same place, so just a heads up if you have a gluten allergy (they are very up front about cross contamination). I will be back!

Excellent. Lives up to they hype for the best pizza. Not greasy. Fresh toppings. Just super tasty. We had 4 pies-2 queen, 1 Sicilian, and 1 hot honey pepperoni. I’ve heard nightmare stories about parking so if you can get here by 5pm opening time, do it. We ordered around 5:16 and there was already a line of 4 groups in front of us and maybe 15 people in the restaurant sitting and waiting. So locals know you need to come early. I saw moms getting multiple pies for take out. 🙂

Pepperoni Madness is unreal! Perfectly charred wood-fired crust, crispy pepperoni cups, and that melty, balanced cheese in every bite.
But the hot honey? That’s the game changer.
Sweet, spicy, and insanely addictive, it elevates the whole pizza.

Been going to the Height location for quite sometime. I dont consider myself a regular but I usually get my fix once or 3 times every few months. The Heights location has a wider mix drink variation and is big enough for me to dine in comfortably without feeling rushed. The pizza dough has the right height, flavors and char to dough ratio which equate to the perfect texture.I recommend the, “Peperoni Madness,” thats my go to.1 pizza serves 1 or 2 adults depending on the appetite. I have not posted due to my greed but yesterdays pizza hit so hard, I felt obligated to share it with the Google world. Yall best not camp out there to where its hard for me to get my fix, lol. Please be mindful of the store size and vibe and allow others to be able to dine in comfortably without feeling rush as I have.

The best pizzas in Houston. Every item on the menu has been carefully crafted with its own unique story. The entire staff always goes above and beyond to provide the best experience. This place is such a vibe! ❤️‍
They host super-talented artists in both locations!

This is the best pizza place that has grazed America. My GF and I love to come here and I’m taking anybody here that visits Houston. Authentic Italian pizza that I’ve never had anything resemble in my life. It is truly life changing. I’d recommend the Sicilian journey
