With the flurries coming and all I decided to check and see if they were open and to my surprise they were.
Showed up and ordered at the window and the guy was really helpful given that was my first time and extremely cold.
Service was good, the food was so yummy and so much of it, it would take me more than 1 setting to finish.

I made my visit to Sanchez papas and corn. They are located in Marietta Georgia but not only that, they are also located at your nearest fair festival. This was at dalton fair. The food plus service was amazing. I love their food so much. I highly recommend if you’re craving a snack or a delicious meal to enjoy. Make sure to visit and enjoy.

Got a papas potato (Asade) and a Elote. It was the best street style Mexican I’ve had on this side of the country. 10/10 highly recommend!! I will be returning for more. My team got Tacos (asade) and they were great too!

Wow, wow, wow! Finally something different is located on Windy Hill. A new Hispanic Foodtruck, with classic items but modernized, and it even tastes scrumptious and its seasoned very good. I ordered 3 items. One of their food trucks there, so I ordered a Original Roasted Elote Corn, Loaded Potato(you can choose your meat)i chose Chicken, and an upgraded style Esquite or Corn in Cup, . They also offer Fruita ,Cerviche and a few more items and those 3 signatures items I ordered were the best so far! I went on 3/7 after seeing a Tiktok post Mr. Luiz posted( great energy sir). They filled that spud to the brim ,with diced chicken, bacon, creama, cheese, special sauce, jalapeños, green onion, and drizzled with green verda sauce. It was a older lady and a young guy working and they answered all my questions.
Previously it was a bbq spot, so with fresh paint, vibrant red colors, and a few upgrades it’s like a new beast has come to conquer the Windy Hill crowd inbetween Osborne and S. Cobb. They have seating Inside and patio seating outside. Onlyyy issue is they really need more parking space. Otherwise its a great spot to enjoy.

Never pass this vendor without stopping! Carne asada papa was packed with flavor! Meat was seasoned well and tender! Ceviche was also super flavorful and the shrimps were not chewy at all. 10/10 the guys working there were all super nice and helpful!

I have gotten food from Sanchez the last 3 years at the Cumming fair and it is the highlight of the fair for me now! I usually get the potato with steak and it delicious. My son loves the corn with hot Cheetos. Excellent, kind service. Highly recommend!

I would have some pictures of the food but I tore it up before I could give a review. Had the Papa con Birria.( Potato with slow cooked beef) Let me say it’s 100% on point, very well seasoned and the meat is tender. You definitely get what you pay for. The ceviche is just as delicious. The staff are quick, respectful, and create a very welcoming atmosphere. 10/10 will go again.
