and now ive had the issue of ordering food to the counter at 10:28 before breakfast ends. i place an order and the app tells me to go to the location to pick up my food so i do so. once i get there i check my phone and my order is cancelled. the lady at the front said to order mcdelivery 30 minutes before breakfast ends which just seems annoying and unnecessary. dont serve breakfast at 10:28 if ur not gonna give me the food. wasting my time and money.
Stop here one evening on the way out of town for a road trip. Just needed something quick. Service was wonderful The staff were really friendly. Food came out very quick.
We ordered a double cheeseburger and a chicken sandwich. Burger was of standard McDonald’s quality, wishes to say it was just okay.
Got the chicken sandwich deluxe and other than the bun it was actually really good. Fries were hot and greasy, so terrible for you but delicious. They gave us plenty of napkin and sauces in the bag. If you’re a fan of McDonald’s or just need something quick I recommend it.
Then this week, I tried giving them another chance and went through the drive-thru to order 6 apple pies. They told me they only had 2 and it would be an 11-minute wait for the rest. I said I’d just take the 2. When I got to the window, they said they only had 1 apple pie and 1 blueberry pie—not even what I ordered. I accepted it just to move on, but then I got stuck in the drive-thru for another 3–4 minutes waiting on the cars in front of me.
Two back-to-back frustrating experiences and not once was I offered a coupon, a discount, or even an apology that felt genuine. I won’t be returning.
