I’m at home now following a hospital stay following a severe blood infection. I’m finally hungry and in desperate need of food, but don’t have the energy to stand for more than a few minutes. So I ordered a meal from this location of BK. As a vegetarian, I ordered an impossible Whopper and some sides. This is what I was delivered. I’m so sick and so overwhelmed that I’m literally in tears and this store won’t even answer the phone! I can’t even eat this. Not one thing is in this order. Back to bed go after taking meds on an empty stomach because I have no energy left. I’m exhausted. Btw, I ordered directly through BK app. Now I have to wait days just to receive an email response from the message I sent through the app requesting a refund. Thanks a lot, BK! Why is it so damn hard to get orders correct?!

I usually have a decent experience but not tonight with the young guys working and whoever the cook was. Not only did I have to immediately wait for a long period of time to place my order, a car behind me pulled off because of it, (maybe the system went down? Who knows, nobody explained anything). I pay for 2 whopper Jrs with cheese and jalepenos. The cook literally put one single jalepeno on each sandwich. The first sandwich ,I thought whatever. The second? It was on purpose. When I pulled up to pay for my order, a young guy comes up with a smirk and says “you here for a pick up?” I then say I just placed my order and he turns to the other guy, laughs and said “I told you!!”, then walked away. The other one proceeds to come up to me and needed me to repeat my order. My food was brought to me and I waited to eat till I got home.
I decided to call the restaurant to ask when the GM will be in, but the phone continued to ring and ring until it is picked up and then immediately hung up. I strongly encourage these three employees are not left alone during night shift. It doesn’t seem that they can run the business properly without extra management and employees.

I had to rate it a star to review it but it definitely deserves negative star(s) i ordered 2 bacon doubles with extra pickles, a sprite and a root beer, it cane with fries and I got a side of cheese sticks. First off the cheese sticks resemble sweet potatoes fries more than cheese sticks the sprite was brown, the fries and the burger was cold and Hard like they’ve been sitting there all day. This was the biggest disappointment ever. I will NEVER patronize this location ever again. YOU’VE BEEN WARNED NOT TO WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE.

Not one thing I ordered was correct. Will never return this is not the first time they’ve done this. The guy who took the order hardly spoke English this location does not believe in customer service, also threw out my receipt told him to print another one. Will be taking this to social media and getting the word out so other people don’t have to make the same mistake.

I ordered a whopper meal and an 8 piece spicy chicken nugget through Uber eats… my whopper was room temperature, I got NO FRIES at all, & my chicken nuggets were so drenched with grease sludge that they weren’t even edible!!!! The only thing decent was my sprite! I H8 it here!!!!!!

I’m not a huge fan of Burger King but this location always has warm very good food. The service is also great the manager Jose is always very polite and very communicative. The restaurant is always really clean and fast service I’ll be in and out my favorite Burger King location.

They make the food fresh and it’s always hot whenever I eat here. This place also has really good service as far as I know but they kinda over do it with all the “sir’s”. The parking lot and dining area is fairly clean plus they have cool crowns everywhere.

Orderd a fish sandwich meal, the fish was cold, super hard around the edges as if it was sitting for a long period of time. Call to complain, phone was answered and hung up on, food was terrible.
