I got a medium poke bowl, which comes with two scoops of protein. I personally found it to be a perfect balance because it allowed a piece of your protein in each bite. The employee was so, so nice. If you want your bowl to be spicy, add spicy furikake at the end; it has actual heat to it. They have a military/police discount, and you can double-dip on discounts from Clover rewards and the military discount.

If you’re thinking about stopping in here, DO IT! there’s such a wide variety of veggies, proteins, snack cakes, bubble milk & fruit teas that you don’t even realize. My salmon bowl was so delicious and slam packed with flavor!! It was light but extremely filling! The mango fruit teas were so good and paired great with my salmon bowl. Our guy behind the counter was so friendly and helpful!! We will definitely be back I have no idea why we never stopped in here before now!!

So happy to find an affordable poke shop! Although they have a few premade bowl options you can build a custom bowl how you like. You can even have multiple sauces. Apparently adding seaweed salad costs extra but it was a delicious bow.
The taro bubble tea mix was good but the tapioca didn’t taste like anything. The guy who made my bowl barely made eye contact, but apparently it was right before a shift change.

I have to share a little adventure that led me to Build Yo’ Poké in Columbus, Georgia. My cousin, her son, and I were in town to drop him off after holiday break from his advanced Army training. We planned to meet another Army family at Simple Gyro, where they had all eaten during our last visit.
But to my delight, I spotted Build Yo’ Poké right next door …. a place I’d been dying to try ever since our first trip to Columbus for his Turning Green ceremony a month earlier.
Even though we had plans at the other restaurant, I personally hadn’t been to either place, so I stepped in just to check it out. The owner was incredibly welcoming and offered me a generous sample bowl — and wow, it was absolutely delicious. I even tried to tip him and apologized that I had to rejoin my family next door, promising we’d be back in nine weeks for graduation to eat there together.
Long story short, my family hadn’t ordered yet. They took one bite of my sample, immediately decided to skip the gyros, and followed me next door to try something new and different. Nine weeks early! So, so delicious. I truly can’t compliment or recommend this place enough.
We’ll definitely be back in March for final graduation and to eat here again…and honestly, I’d drive the three hours just to eat here. I’d take a picture of my beautiful bowl but it is empty! And my apologies to Simple Gyro for snatching two people out of your line today

Amazing Poke! While growing up on the ocean and frequenting the islands of Hawaii, I’ve had a ton of fish and poke in general. This is the greatest surprise that I’ve had while being in Columbus. The food is amazing and this is a must have while in Columbus. The service is excellent and the wonderful woman who works there makes the whole experience a lot better. From what I’ve seen they’re very accommodating to people who are new to the food as well. The selection is great and they have all of the sides and toppings one could ask for. They also have a wide selection of snacks and drinks that fit the dishes perfectly. If you want a healthy or hearty meal this is a great place to go to!

I was wanting something healthy to eat and came across this place. Let me tell you…..you can’t get to much healthier than this place. All of the ingredients they use are super fresh and tasty. They have a good selection of fresh veggies. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I was greeted by everyone who was working. I got the large build your own bowl and it was delicious! I certainly will be coming back for more. I do recommend this place for all you healthy eaters out there.

Was new to the poke bowl experience. They had a free small house bowl for 1st timers and that was all it took for me to order a large house bowl with even more toppings including homemade kimchi, which was some of the best I have had in a while. I will be going back to try their hot bowls next time.
