We really enjoy the cozy experience at River’s Place Taphouse on Bend’s eastside! The live music, large craft beer and wine selection and dog friendly patio with fire pits was awesome. Super fun and laid back!

We like River’s Place, particularly when the weather is favorable. On our most recent visit, which seemed like a bit of a slow night for them, we scored an indoor table, which was nice on a cold night. The bartender was nice, and the beer selection is humongous. The food from Bai Tong was delicious. We also like Nik’Snacks, because their bratwursts taste a lot like the German ones we grew up with. And Sopa does great Mexican food. We ought to go back soon because there are still two more trucks we haven’t tried!

This is a great neighborhood hang-out on the East side of Bend. There was something for everyone in my group – craft beer, wine, ready to drink cocktails and NA beverages. We sampled all 5 food trucks (good stuff). There is indoor and outdoor seating with fire pits. We love the vibe here and the recent remodel is cozy and wonderful!

Great venue with a broad selection of authentic cuisine. We are looking forward to another fabulous chicken Alfredo calzone at the Zone of Bend.
River’s Place was the perfect spot to enjoy food, friends and the pups were happy to be included. A terrific view of the night sky. OK actually it was dark and cloudy and we were inside but work with me here. There was plenty of seating in and outside.

The vibe here is great! Somehow vibrant and relaxing at the same time. I love how on a chill afternoon I can bring my laptop, grab an ever rotating craft beer and get some work done or I can come for some live music or trivia and have a blast. It is a much needed Eastside Bend gathering place

A really nice place, with wonderful folks working there. My comment is about the music. They have a lot of it, but don’t seem to discern the difference between quality and quantity. I’m a fan of local music, but when done by people who’ve put in the work to be good at what they do. Some of the acts/performers I’ve seen there should really work on their art before performing in public. I don’t know if the owners hire the musicians or they farm that out to someone else. But I hope they’ll be a little more discerning….

Great food cart pod with varied options, all the things you’d usually expect. The enclosed seating area was perfect for the cold weather, and I got to see several dogs that people brought.

Lovely little spot that is busy, but hardly ever nuts. Drink selection is good, place is cozy, food carts options are wonderful, and they are dog friendly inside and out.

A wonderful local hangout. Music on Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays featuring bluegrass, local artists, singer/songwriters and Jazz on most Saturdays.
The beer selection rotates and we almost always find at least 2 kinds that we enjoy. There is a no booze selection as well as local ciders and wine. The bartenders are amazing.
Food trucks have a very wide selection of cusine. Everything from Thai, Mexican (the birria is best in town) Japanese, Italian and not to be missed Niks snacks which specializes in all homemade smoked pork, tri tip, chili con carne and fries that will blow your mind. Served with not from a bucket, side sauce’s.
Dog friendly, kid friendly, outdoor fire pits and lots of action outside on the patio in warm months. Ample parking!
