But, The Pacific Northwest Mexican Food is also a name, a dream and realization since 1968. It’s a vivid story concocted by a man: Don Andrés Cárdenas. As our founder, he was also the creator of our first specialties, including some of the most important dishes which are well known in the State and through the Mazatlan chain. Ordered a delivery service and ordered a Salted Caramel Cheese Cake they didn’t call but sent a freezer burnt raspberry cheese cake that is so dried out and not edible. Churos are stale and they gave me half the meat thats normal in the taco salad then when I’ve gone into the restaurant in person

Went there tonight for dinner didn’t even make it a third of the way home and threw up, the rice was bland no flavor my enchilada was gross. My tamale was wet like it was set in water. My taco was wet and mushy. I have nothing good to say about this place.Don’t waste your time nor your money would not recommend.And the only reason I gave a one on the food is because I couldn’t give less Went here years ago, and the place was amazing. You walk inside. The bench seat was literally falling off from under my significant others behind. He literally could not even get comfortable. Visited this place a few nights ago. My wife asked for a Caldo de Res, the picture and description on the menu shows a list of veggies, Corn and Potatoes were some of those, I asked for a Chicken Tortilla Soup.
We asked her Caldo like 5 minutes first than my Soup. Waited about 20 minutes when we heard the server saying she also asked for a Caldo de Res, a male response he did not get any Caldo order so he will work it. My Tortilla Soup was brought to the table, when I asked for my wife’s Caldo the server said is a freshly cook meal, so they were working on it, we knowing that was just an excuse.
I’m a person who like salty food, but my Tortilla Soup tasted like it had 1 pound of salt on it, I couldn’t eat it. At this time my wife’s Caldo was finally brought to the table, the veggies were a bunch of Broccoli and Cauliflower, huge pieces of uncooked carrots and “chayote”, when we asked for the potatoes and the corn, the server said the cook person told her they receive the veggies on bags for each portion and those were the ones received, so she offered to change her meal as they offered with mine. While talking with her a male, most likely the manager, came to the table and asked what was the problem, we explained the ingredients of the Caldo were not the ones of the menu, he said the Caldo does not include potatoes and corn so we showed him the menu and the description as he was taking the Caldo out of the table he said “if you don’t want it that’s okay, we can change it, you want to ask for something else” he was so passive aggressive while doing this as it looks like he didn’t even know the menu.
We were so uncomfortable and unsatisfied with the service and food that we decided to leave.
If I can give this place a Zero starts, I would definitely do it. The server did her best but the kitchen and management were not helpful to her.

This place is delicious. A good place to stop and catch up. My wife and I stopped here for lunch and it wasn’t crowded. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere and was clean. The staff was friendly.
