I had their chicken sandwich with cheese fries, and it was way more amazing than I expected from a chain spot. The chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and the sandwich came with aromatic mayo, lettuce, pickles, and tomatoes.such a great mix. The fries were extra crispy with rich cheese sauce, truly satisfying.

What can I say? It’s a Shake Shack and fast food. You’re not looking for a gourmet meal. That being said, the last couple Shake Shacks we visited were really greasy and “sloppy” in presentation. This place was the opposite. Food was “presentable,” if that’s a thing at a fast food restaurant. And the food WASN’T so greasy that it was dripping from every bite. Again, this is a fast food restaurant, and if grease concerns you, then you probably aren’t even considering this place. Service was excellent and the eating spaces and bathrooms were clean.

The burgers are amazing if you need something quickly. They use iPads as kiosks, fast and responsive, and they are pretty clean.
Just check your food before you go, as if you modify a burger, like add lettuce or gluten free buns, they might get it wrong, and just give you a unmodified burger. Makes it up as it’s pretty freakin good.

Had a really good chicken sandwich and cheese fries. Very impressed for a franchise burger place to have such a good crispy chicken sandwich. It was super juicy and crispy. Had a nice Herb Mayo and lettuce pickles and tomatoes on it. Fries were super crispy with cheese sauce. I’d like to try a burger next time. Lots of seating indoor and outdoor. Fast service. Clean.

Enjoyable fresh atmosphere. You order yourself from a kiosk or a person. Brought it to my table pretty quickly. Shakes are rich ans creamy. Pretty good. I would recommend. I had a chicken sandwich. Crispy and fresh tasting. Cheese fries were good as well.

This was my first time here, and it was very enjoyable. The double burger was delicious and cooked perfectly. The fries were great too, but without a doubt the best thing I had was the milkshake. I got the cookies and cream and it was absolutely delicious!
Like many restaurants, they have joined the unnecessary tip craze in which they ask you for a tip for doing no more than handing you your food. The guy taking our order actually stood right by the screen with us as we were ordering and pointed to the place on the screen where we could leave a tip, lol. I guess it’s all the rage now, and I have nothing against a business trying to get as much money per transaction as possible without losing customers. It does make things a bit awkward sometimes though.
The booths are a little tight if you are more than 6 ft tall, but it’s manageable. There are also tables with chairs available so if you are taller than 6′ 6″ or if your waist is more than 50 inches, I would probably recommend those.
I am certainly looking forward to going here again at some point. From my perspective, the food is definitely worth it… even with a tip added on!

The best burger hands down. Not greasy great tasting & flavorful. The fries were nice and crispy. Good friendly customer service. Clean spacious environment outdoor eating was an option. I actually like that they had the self service registers as an option. It allows you to take your time & place your order with ease.

We really like this place and have always enjoyed the food, and the staff has been friendly. However, lately they’ve been messing up our orders on a regular basis. On our last visit, one of the burgers was made with completely different ingredients than what we ordered. Yesterday, we ordered Korean chicken tenders (or whatever they’re called), and they weren’t even included in the bag. We appreciate the staff and the quality and taste of the food, but this has become very frustrating. We don’t want to have to check every item before leaving, only to get home and discover something is wrong—especially on a relatively small order. For the prices they charge, and since we always leave a tip, you’d expect someone to double-check the order before it goes out. For now, we’re going to stop getting takeout from here until they improve their order accuracy.
Update 3/1/26, the shake shack team is absolutely incredible. After seeing that we had a few bad experienced, they reached out and completely fixed the problem for us. We will be back, we will be enjoying their delicious food and thank you so much for reaching out and taking care of what originally became a bit of a problem, but not any longer.

Service was great, place is clean. There are some tables outside as well. There were 4 self ordering kiosks were there, not that much crowded over a weekend, wait time is less than fifteen minutes only to pick up the order. We ordered 3 chicken sandwiches and one was too salty, but others were good, milkshake was delicious as usual. Plenty of parking available.

Visited Shake Shack for lunch today using the app which was great cause soda was only $1.00 and there was a special 2 for 1 office. The staff at Shake Shack are ALWAYS extremely friendly at this location. My only complaint was that it was a bit cold in the dining room. I like a warm restaurant.
