I’ve been coming here for YEARS and it’s always tasted amazing, looked phenomenal, and felt cozy. Well, it’s been years since I’ve visited because I moved but coming back for our date night was the best decision ever! Unfortunately, I do not remember her name but our waitress (she had a beautiful necklace of a paw print I believe), she gave the best service I’ve ever experienced and I wish we had a huge cash tip to give her.
I’ve been dreaming of these bang bang shrimp tacos for awhile now and I can definitely say I was not disappointed. Another fantastic visit to East Coast Wings! Thank you for the wonderful food and service, we will be returning in the future.

I have eaten at East Coast Wings & Grill many times for the chicken wings which are the best I have ever had. So, it was really hard to try something new but I did and it did not disappoint. I had the Philly Steak with the chips, it was absolutely mouth watering. I would recommend East Coast Wings & Grill in Mocksville, NC to anyone. Family friendly & GREAT customer service. You will not be disappointed!!!

Went in to eat the other night and even though the restaurant was quite busy and it honestly looked like there was only one or two servers handling everything, the service was still amazing. Our server was a young lady who stayed incredibly polite, calm, and friendly the entire time. She never made us feel rushed or ignored, even with how hectic it was. It really made the whole experience so much better. — we’ll definitely be back!

Went inside around 5 pm, place was pretty empty. We got sat, got our drinks, and everything was fine. Our waitress comes up to take our order and we said we needed a minute so she left but little did we know it would end up being a lot more than just a minute ans the last time we would see her. 20 minutes go by, and nobody had served us. We asked the hostess very politely if we would be able to get our order taken and she said she would go ask someone. 5 minutes go by and we see her talking to someone assuming we would get our order taken now. But still, they all ignored us. Seemed they got upset that we asked for service after waiting half an hour. Don’t come here if your hungry and looking to eat fast.

Waited for a few minutes for a table for 2. Party of 4 came in behind us. Got skipped over and they got the table immediately. That was ok. We got seated after that. Looked at menu and decided what we wanted. Party of 6 sat down next to us. They got served immediately. We were never waited on. Walked out.

I ordered a simple grilled chicken wrap (first time ordering this) with NO tomato and PAID to add EXTRA lettuce and a side of buffalo Mac and cheese, the Mac and cheese was fine (ish nothing wrong just not to our taste/texture) the wrap definitely had Extra tomatoes and NO lettuce at all, I picked off the tomatoes on one half and just ate it since we were on a work break and couldn’t return to wait an extra 20 minutes for another wrap.
(When asked about what dipping sauce we wanted we asked what type they had and they just responded with “so no sauce’)

Great staff good food. Sit in the bar, and you’ll feel welcomed by great servers. They have about 15 beers on the tap, and you can get a Red Bird if you ask. No matter who you are, you’ll find yourself welcomed.
