As someone who has been coming to this caribou every week on Saturdays for a long time, he service here has been so bad lately which is unfortunate because it’s our favorite caribou in Buffalo. They still have good drinks and food but the service has been so bad that I’m probably not going to return until they can figure it out.

Usually this location can be hit or miss on the accuracy of an order, but this Jamie guy is doing a phenomenal job!! Calling the name and repeating the exact order and asking if you need a stopper or not. I usually have to hope that my drink is right, but when someone repeats the whole thing I know I shouldn’t worry!

Everytime I go I order extra marshmallows and say please charge me extra I want the drink how I ordered it which would be extra marshmallows and unfortunately I don’t know if they don’t care or what the problem is here but they can’t seem to do that it’s a simple order but when I’m spending $11 on a drink, I would like it the way that I ordered it. and honestly, it’s like I get less marshmallows because I ordered extra like that’s not even a scoop

my “other” regular (small Americano) was dpme i[ PERFECTLY. – associate double checked when i pulled up to the window, and I explained Cup half full of ice, pour 3 shots over it. Delivered as ordered and double checked by both parties by two-finger test on bottom of cup being “chilled” (but not diluted). Excellent on [custom] order.

I’ve been to this establishment numerous times since it opened. Most times with fantastic service. 1 exception was the server who kept putting her own spin on the item I ordered off the menu. This made me believe I had ordered the item incorrectly when I had not. The food has always been good and drinks always good. I love this stop on my way home from work.
