9pm one person ahead of us in the drive thru waited 20 minutes for an order of chicken nuggets for my dog. If it wasn’t a mobile order and I already paid for it I would’ve gone to McDonalds. Don’t know how you stay open with this kind of service. Definitely will not be coming back.

Ordered a double cheese burger meal with onion and mayo. So good! Absolutely LOVE this kind of model. I used to live in Cortland and over the summer/fall they also recently got this model and I’m gonna be honest with you this location actually looks better than the one in Cortland! The only thing it lacks is the funny door labels that say “push: you can do it your way and pull, but this door is a little stubborn” or “pull: Hands full? Use your bottom!” Either that… Or I didn’t see it. Service was amazing, lady there was nice. Store was pretty clean. I also ordered a chocolate shake as my drink, and they gave it to me with the correct kind of cup instead of a regular cup like the one on Broadway! Amazing!

Awesome, I loved the burger, service of staffs and their response on our resuest to not add salt on fries. We had total whopper, we loved it (plant based patty) you won’t feel it is plant based for some reason. Thanks for great service. Loved it.

This Burger King changed my thought process. I swore off BK as it really became pretty awful, but…after the remodel…everything changed! The service was quick and organized, the staff was super friendly ( hats off to the manager! ) and the food was well constructed, hot and really good. I will definitely return.

I had a coupon was unable to enter it into kiosk system. After I ordered from kiosk. There were a few other guest waiting. The updated lobby was nice. The tables and floor needed attention. There was ketchup bye trash receptacles on wall. While we were waiting for our orders no one updated us on wait or who was next. My Chicken sandwiches too much Mayo of both of them.

Don’t bother ordering online. They won’t bring it to your car and they’ll get mad at you if you come inside to complain. Service moves slower than molasses here. I have no intention of returning.
